Description
Claims (23)
- 애노드 전극, 캐소드 전극, 전해질, 적어도 하나의 외부 전극 접점, 그리고 주변부의 적어도 일부에서 밀봉된 배터리 밀봉체를 포함하는 배터리로서, 상기 배터리 밀봉체는 전기 전도성 재료를 포함하며, 상기 외부 전극 접점은 상기 전기 전도성 재료로 형성되는 것인 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 밀봉체는 밀봉 재료를 더 포함하는 것인 배터리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 밀봉체는 보호 폴리머 재료를 더 포함하는 것인 배터리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 재료, 상기 전기 전도성 재료, 그리고 상기 보호 폴리머 재료는 별도의 재료인 것인 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 밀봉체는 적층물이며, 이 적층물은 상기 밀봉 재료의 제1 층과, 상기 보호 폴리머 재료의 제2 층과, 상기 제1 층과 제2 층 사이에 배치되는 전기 전도성 재료의 층을 포함하는 것인 배터리.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층과 상기 제2 층 중 적어도 하나의 층은 불연속적인 것인 배터리.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층은 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면이 노출되도록 상기 배터리의 밀봉 주변부 내측의 소정 위치에서 불연속적이며, 노출되는 제1 표면의 적어도 일부는 전극과 전기적으로 접촉하는 것인 배터리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 층은 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면이 노출되도록 상기 배터리의 밀봉 주변부 내측의 소정 위치에서 불연속적이며, 노출되는 제2 표면의 적어도 일부는 외부 접점을 형성하는 것인 배터리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층은 상기 밀봉 주변부의 외측에도 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면이 노출되도록 상기 배터리의 밀봉 주변부 외측의 소정 위치에서도 불연속적이며, 상기 밀봉 주변부 외측에서 노출되는 제1 표면의 적어도 일부는 외부 접점을 형성하는 것인 배터리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 층은 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면이 노출되도록 상기 배터리의 밀봉 주변부 외측의 소정 위치에서 불연속적이며, 상기 밀봉 주변부 외측에서 노출되는 제2 표면의 적어도 일부는 외부 접점을 형성하는 것인 배터리.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면에서 밀봉 재료의 일부를 제거함으로써 형성되며, 상기 제2 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면에서 보호 폴리머 재료의 일부를 제거함으로써 형성되는 것인 배터리.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면상에 밀봉 재료를 선택적으로 부착함으로써 형성되며, 상기 제2 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면상에 보호 폴리머 재료를 선택적으로 부착함으로써 형성되는 것인 배터리.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면에서 밀봉 재료를 제거함으로써 형성되는 것인 배터리.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면상에 밀봉 재료를 선택적으로 부착함으로써 형성되는 것인 배터리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면에서 밀봉 재료의 일부를 제거함으로써 형성되며, 상기 제2 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면에서 보호 폴리머 재료의 일부를제거함으로써 형성되는 것인 배터리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면상에 밀봉 재료를 선택적으로 부착함으로써 형성되며, 상기 제2 층에서의 불연속부는 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면상에 보호 폴리머 재료를 선택적으로 부착함으로써 형성되는 것인 배터리.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 재료의 선택적 부착과 상기 보호 폴리머 재료의 선택적 부착은 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면상에 밀봉 재료를 프린팅하고, 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면상에 보호 폴리머 재료를 프린팅함으로써 이루어지는 것인 배터리.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 재료의 선택적 부착은 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면상에 밀봉 재료를 프린팅함으로써 이루어지는 것인 배터리.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 재료의 선택적 부착과 상기 보호 폴리머 재료의 선택적 부착은 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제1 표면상에 밀봉 재료를 프린팅하고, 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 제2 표면상에 보호 폴리머 재료를 프린팅함으로써 이루어지는 것인 배터리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전극과 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 표면 간의 전기적 접촉은 상기 전기 전도성 재료 층의 노출된 표면상에 활성 전극 재료를 프린팅함으로써 이루어지는 것인 배터리.
- 배터리를 조립하는 방법으로서,전기 전도성 재료와 밀봉 재료를 포함하는 패키징 재료를 제공하는 단계와,상기 전기 전도성 재료의 제1 표면의 일부를 노출시키는 단계와,상기 전기 전도성 재료의 제2 표면의 일부를 노출시키는 단계와,상기 패키징 재료 내에 애노드, 캐소드 및 전해질을 봉입하는 단계와,전극과 상기 제1 표면 간에 전기적 접점을 제공하는 단계와,상기 제2 표면이 배터리에서 외부가 되도록 상기 패키징 재료를 주변부 둘레에서 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 전기 전도성 재료의 제1 표면 및 제2 표면의 일부를 노출시키는 단계는 상기 전기 전도성 재료의 표면에서 덧층 재료를 제거하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 전기 전도성 재료의 제1 표면 및 제2 표면의 일부를 노출시키는 단계는 상기 전기 전도성 재료의 표면상에 덧층 재료를 선택적으로 코팅하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
