Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for managing balance of prepaid amounts and charging balance is provided to increase the convenience of a service user by managing a balance of measured rate system prepaid amounts, and by removing the inconvenience of charging prepaid amounts. CONSTITUTION: In case that a service user pays prepaid amounts with a credit card and automatically charges the amounts, information on the user's balance is reported to the service user by stages through messages of a mobile phone and so on. In case that the charged amounts reach the lowest limit arbitrarily set up, a balance information management system notifies the service user that the payment is prepared. The amounts are automatically charged using the credit card of the service user. After that, the information on the balance is updated. The information updated is reported to the service user.
