Claims (33)
- 용적 범위가 약 0.03 내지 4ℓ이며 다층 벽의 전체 두께 범위가 약 0.1 내지 2㎜이고 산소 투과율이 실질적으로 제로인, 식료품 보관용 열가소성 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 약 4 내지 25 ℃ 범위인 일상의 보관 조건하에서 용기를 충전하여 밀봉한 시점부터 측정된 약 30 내지 365일간의 기간 동안 외부 대기중의 산소가 제품중으로 제품 중량에 대해, 1 ppm 미만으로 투과되는 용기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기간이 약 60 내지 365일 범위인 용기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기간이 약 60 내지 180일 범위인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다층 벽중 1개 이상의 층이 주로 폴리에스테르 단편과 산소 제거량의 폴리올레핀 올리고머 단편으로 이루어진 산소 제거 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 용기.

- 제11항에 있어서, 산소 제거능과 유통기간을, (a) 폴리올레핀 올리고머 단편의 분자량을 변화시키는 방법, (b) 산소 제거 코폴리에스테르중 폴리올레핀 올리고머 단편의 중량%를 변화시키는 방법, (c) 병의 벽과 기저부내에 추가의 산소 스캐빈저를 임의로 동시에 사용하는 방법, (d) 내부 제거층 중의 산소 제거 폴리에스테르를 희석시키는 방법, (e) 내부 제거층의 오프-센터 배치의 정도를 변화시키는 방법, (f) 병의 벽내에 산소 스캐빈저 촉매를 사용하는 방법, (h) 다수의 산소 제거층을 사용하는 방법, (i) 사용되는 산소 스캐빈저의 양을 변화시키는 방법, (j) 제거층의 두께를 변화시키는 방법, 및 (k) 상기 방법의 혼합 방법으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법으로 제품 요구 조건을 만족시키기 위하여 최적으로, 또한 비용 효과적으로 조절하는 병.

- 제20항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 단편이 PET, PETI, PETN, APET, PEN, 이들의 공중합체, 이들의 블렌드, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
