Abstract
本实用新型提供一种聚酯啤酒瓶,包括瓶口、瓶身和瓶底三个部分,它是以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为原料,首先采用先进的生产工艺注塑成瓶坯,然后由该种瓶坯一次吹塑成型。其中,被成型的瓶底和瓶身的交接处至瓶底平面交接处的侧面圆弧半径在15-25mm之间的范围内;所述瓶底向内凹入的凹圆形部分,其凹圆形的圆弧半径在20-35mm之间的范围内,并且凹圆形的顶部至瓶子底部所在的平面的距离在7-15mm之间的范围内;所述凹圆形的底部向外凸起的部分的高度在0.2-2mm之间的范围内;所述侧面圆弧与凹圆圆弧在瓶子底部分别通过所第一过渡圆弧半径R3在3-8mm之间的范围内和第二过渡圆弧半径在0.5-2mm之间的范围内的圆弧过渡。所述瓶子底部最大直径与瓶子底面上的凸起部分的直径之比在1.2-1.7之间的范围内。

1.发明背景
1.1所属领域
1.1.1本实用新型涉及用于盛装液态物质的容器,具体地说,涉及一种塑料材料,如聚酯(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,英文名称polyethylene terephthalate,缩写为PET)制成的啤酒瓶。
1.2相关的现有技术
1.2.1目前使用的啤酒瓶多为玻璃瓶,因为其容易破碎,甚至在玻璃啤酒瓶发生爆炸而产生玻璃片或颗粒飞溅伤人的现象;于是人们开始改用塑料瓶来盛装啤酒,如中国专利申请CN97198781.5报道了一种《用于啤酒和其它用途的零氧气渗透塑料瓶》,这是一种塑料制成的多层结构的容器,用于盛装啤酒、果汁、调料等,其中特别包含有一层氧气清除剂。这种塑料啤酒瓶的结构及制作工艺均显得特别复杂,需要使用特定配方的低聚合度聚酯进行生产,以致其生产制造成本较高,难于规模化生产投放市场。
1.2.2从另一方面考虑,现有的塑料啤酒瓶由于其瓶口和瓶底结构上的原因,例如瓶口不能耐高温,当瓶口受热时容易发生变形而导致瓶口密封不良;瓶底直径与瓶身直径相同,瓶底无抗变形结构,使得瓶底的整体支撑硬度不如玻璃瓶,因此在实际使用过程中容易发生变形,尤其是当啤酒进行高温杀菌时,瓶子几乎无法保持原来的形状,甚至发生瓶颈变形、瓶底向外凸出而站立不稳的现象,这直接影响到对它的推广应用。
2.发明的总述
2.1本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,并具有良好的整体支撑硬度和强度、抗变形、生产制作成本相对较低的聚酯啤酒瓶。
2.2为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种聚酯啤酒瓶,包括瓶口、瓶身和瓶底三个部分,它是以高聚合度的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为原料,首先采用先进的生产工艺注塑成瓶坯,然后由该种瓶坯一次吹塑成型。其中,被成型的瓶底和瓶身的交接处至瓶底平面交接处的侧面圆弧半径在15-25mm之间的范围内;所述瓶底向内凹入的凹圆形部分,其凹圆形的圆弧半径在20-35mm之间的范围内,并且凹圆形的顶部至瓶子底部所在的平面的距离在7-15mm之间的范围内;所述凹圆形的底部向外凸起的部分的高度在0.1-5mm之间的范围内;所述侧面圆弧与凹圆圆弧在瓶子底部分别通过不同半径的R3、R4圆弧过渡。
2.3作为优选,所述第一过渡圆弧的半径可在3-8mm之间的范围内,第二过渡圆弧的半径可在0.5-2mm之间的范围内。
2.4作为优选,最好使所述瓶子底部最大直径与瓶子底面上的凸起部分的直径之比在1.2-1.7之间的范围内。
2.5采用上述实用新型结构的聚酯啤酒瓶,通过多种结构措施,特别是独特的瓶底结构,不仅使该聚酯啤酒瓶在使用中不容易变形,不容易发生爆裂或渗漏的现象,即使瓶子经历灌装过程中的70℃高温杀菌处理(巴氏杀菌),瓶子仍然可以保持原来的形状结构,并且能稳定地站立。实际测试结果表明,瓶子经过高温杀菌处理的变形率不超过3%;因此,本实用新型聚酯啤酒瓶可广泛应用于各类啤酒的灌装销售。

3.1通过以下结合附图对本实施例的详细描述,将使本实用新型聚酯啤酒瓶的结构、特点以及优点越为清晰,其中图1是表示本实用新型一种优选实施例聚酯啤酒瓶结构平面示意图。图2为图1的局部(瓶底)结构示意图。图3为图2的A-A剖面图、图4为图2的P向视图。
4.优选实施例的详细描述
4.1如图1所示,本实用新型聚酯啤酒瓶包括瓶口、瓶身和瓶底三个部分。它是由聚酯瓶坯一次吹塑成型。从该图可见,如此成型后的瓶底与瓶身交接处至瓶底平面交接处的侧面圆弧呈圆弧形,所述圆弧半径R1在15-25mm之间的范围内。所述瓶底向内凹入的凹圆形部分,其凹圆形的圆弧半径R2在20-35mm之间的范围内,并且凹圆形的顶部至瓶子底部所在平面的距离L在7-15mm之间的范围内;所述凹圆形的底部向外凸起的部分的高度在0.1-5mm之间的范围内;所述侧面圆弧与凹圆圆弧在瓶子底部分别通过不同半径的R3、R4圆弧过渡,其中第一过渡圆弧的半径R3在3-8mm之间的范围内,第二过渡圆弧的半径R4在0.5-2mm之间的范围内。
4.2本实施例聚酯啤酒瓶所述瓶子底部最大直径与瓶子底面上的凸起部分的直径之比在1.2-1.7之间的范围内。
4.3具体地说,作为一种具体实施例,如图1所示,这种聚酯啤酒瓶的瓶底与瓶身交接处至瓶底平面交接处的侧面圆弧的半径R1为25mm。瓶底向内凹入的凹圆形部分,其凹圆形的圆弧半径R2在27.5mm,并且凹圆形的顶部至瓶子底部所在平面的距离L在为9mm。另外,所述凹圆形的底部向外凸起的部分的高度H为1.6mm。
4.4本实施例聚酯啤酒瓶所述侧面圆弧R1与凹圆圆弧在瓶子底部分别通过不同半径的R3、R4圆弧过渡。其中第一过渡圆弧的半径R3为8mm,第二过渡圆弧的半径R4为2mm。
4.5本实施例聚酯啤酒瓶所述瓶子底部最大直径与瓶子底面上的凸起部分的直径之比为1.5。
Claims (7)
1、聚酯啤酒瓶包括瓶口、瓶身和瓶底三个部分,它是由聚酯瓶坯一次吹塑成型,其特征在于:
1.1被成型的瓶底和瓶身的交接处至瓶底平面交接处的侧面圆弧半径R1在15-25mm之间的范围内;
1.2所述瓶底向内凹入的凹圆形部分,其凹圆形的圆弧半径R2在20-35mm之间的范围内,并且凹圆形的顶部至瓶子底部所在的平面的距离在7-15mm之间的范围内;
1.3所述凹圆形的底部向外凸起的部分的高度H在0.1-5mm之间的范围内;
1.4所述侧面圆弧与凹圆圆弧在瓶子底部分别通过不同半径的R3、R4圆弧过渡。
2、如权利要求1所述的聚酯啤酒瓶,其特征在于,所述第一过渡圆弧的半径R3在3-8mm之间的范围内,第二过渡圆弧的半径R4在0.5-2mm之间的范围内。
3、如权利要求1所述的聚酯啤酒瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶底与瓶身交接处至瓶底平面交接处的侧面圆弧的半径R1为25mm;并且所述其凹圆形的圆弧半径R2为27.5mm。
4、如权利要求1所述的聚酯啤酒瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶子底部最大直径与瓶子底面上的凸起部分的直径之比在1.2-1.7之间的范围内。
5、如权利要求4所述的聚酯啤酒瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶子底部最大直径与瓶子底面上的凸起部分的直径之比为1.5。
6、如权利要求2所述的聚酯啤酒瓶,其特征在于,所述第一过渡圆弧的半径R3为8mm。
7、如权利要求1所述的聚酯啤酒瓶,其特征在于,所述凹圆形的底部向外凸起的部分的高度H为1.6mm。
