Claims (16)
- 표시 장치로서,
화소를 포함하고,
상기 화소는
제 1 트랜지스터;
제 2 트랜지스터;
제 1 절연층;
상기 제 1 절연층 위의 제 1 도전층;
상기 제 1 절연층 위의 제 2 도전층;
상기 제 1 트랜지스터, 상기 제 2 트랜지스터, 상기 제 1 도전층 및 상기 제 2 도전층 위의 제 2 절연층;
상기 제 2 절연층 위의 화소 전극;
상기 화소 전극 위의 액정 재료를 포함하는 층;
상기 액정 재료를 포함하는 층 위의 공통 전극;
상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트와 전기적으로 접속되는 제 1 주사선;
상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 게이트와 전기적으로 접속되는 제 2 주사선;
상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 소스 및 드레인 중 한쪽과 전기적으로 접속되는 제 1 신호선;
상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 소소 및 드레인 중 한쪽과 전기적으로 접속되는 제 2 신호선;
제 1 용량 소자; 및
제 2 용량 소자를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 상기 소스 및 상기 드레인 중 다른쪽은 상기 제 1 용량 소자의 한쪽 전극과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 상기 소스 및 상기 드레인 중 다른쪽은 상기 제 1 용량 소자의 다른쪽 전극, 상기 제 2 용량 소자의 한쪽 전극, 및 상기 화소 전극과 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 화소 전극은 상기 제 1 도전층 및 상기 제 2 도전층과 중첩되고,
상기 제 1 절연층은 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 채널 형성 영역 위에 위치하고,
상기 공통 전극은 상기 액정 재료를 포함하는 층 및 상기 화소 전극을 개재(介在)하여 상기 제 1 도전층과 중첩된 영역을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 도전층은 상기 제 1 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 1 도전층, 상기 제 2 도전층, 상기 화소 전극, 및 상기 공통 전극은 각각 가시광을 투과시키는 특성을 가지는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 도전층과 상기 제 2 도전층은 동일 표면 위에 위치하고,
상기 제 1 도전층과 상기 제 2 도전층은 서로 전기적으로 절연되어 있고,
상기 공통 전극은 상기 액정 재료를 포함하는 층 및 상기 화소 전극을 개재하여 상기 제 2 도전층과 중첩된 영역을 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화소 전극과 상기 공통 전극 간에 전압을 인가한 상태와 비교하여, 상기 화소 전극과 상기 공통 전극 간에 전압을 인가하지 않은 상태는 상기 액정 재료를 포함하는 층에서의 가시광 투과율이 더 높은, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액정 재료를 포함하는 층은 고분자 재료를 포함하고,
상기 고분자 재료는 다관능 모노머와 단관능 모노머의 공중합체이고,
상기 다관능 모노머는 페닐벤조에이트 골격을 포함하고,
상기 단관능 모노머는 사이클로헥실벤젠 골격을 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 트랜지스터는 가시광을 투과시키는 특성을 가지는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 트랜지스터는 가시광을 투과시키는 특성을 가지는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화소는 제 3 도전층을 더 포함하고,
상기 제 1 도전층과 상기 제 3 도전층은 동일 표면 위에 위치하고,
상기 제 1 도전층과 상기 제 3 도전층은 서로 전기적으로 절연되어 있고,
상기 화소 전극은 상기 제 3 도전층과 접촉하는 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제 3 도전층은 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극 중 다른쪽과 접촉하는 영역을 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 상기 소스 전극 및 상기 드레인 전극 중 상기 다른쪽은 가시광을 투과시키는 특성을 가지는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 절연층은 상기 제 1 트랜지스터 위에 위치하는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 절연층은 평탄화 기능을 가지는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극, 그리고 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극 중 적어도 하나는 제 1 층과, 상기 제 1 층 위의 제 2 층을 포함하고,
상기 제 2 층은 상기 제 1 층보다 저항값이 작은, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극, 그리고 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극 중 적어도 하나는 제 1 층과, 상기 제 1 층 위의 제 2 층과, 상기 제 2 층 위의 제 3 층을 포함하고,
상기 제 2 층은 상기 제 1 층보다 저항값이 작고,
상기 제 3 층은 상기 제 2 층보다 가시광 반사율이 낮고,
상기 제 2 층과 상기 제 3 층은 같은 금속 원소를 적어도 하나 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 장치가 필드 시??셜 디스플레이인, 표시 장치. - 표시 모듈로서,
제 1 항에 기재된 표시 장치와,
커넥터 및 집적 회로 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 표시 모듈. - 표시 모듈로서,
제 1 항에 기재된 표시 장치와,
적층된 발광 소자를 포함하는 발광 장치를 포함하고,
상기 발광 장치는 화상을 표시하는 기능을 가지고,
상기 적층된 발광 소자가 발하는 광은 상기 표시 장치를 통하여 추출되는, 표시 모듈. - 전자 기기로서,
제 14 항에 기재된 표시 모듈과,
안테나, 배터리, 하우징, 카메라, 스피커, 마이크로폰 및 조작 버튼 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 전자 기기.
