- 금속산화물, 금속, 수지, 세라믹, 석영, 유리, 사파이어 또는 다이아몬드로 이루어지는 기재의 적어도 한쪽의 표면 상에, 제1층으로서 프라이머층을 가지고, 또한 이 프라이머층의 외표면 상에, 제2층으로서 발수발유층을 가지는 발수발유 부재로서, 이 프라이머층이 분자 중에 실라놀기를 복수개 가지는 유기 규소 화합물을 주성분으로 하고, 나노다이아몬드를 함유하는 막두께 0.5~500nm의 층으로 이루어지고, 또한 이 발수발유층이 하기 일반식(1)~(5)으로 표시되는 가수분해성 함불소 화합물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 가수분해성 함불소 화합물의 경화물을 주성분으로 하는 막두께 0.5~30nm의 층으로 이루어지는 것인 발수발유 부재.

- 제3항에 있어서, 가수분해성 실릴기가 탄소수 1~12의 알콕시기, 탄소수 2~12의 알콕시알콕시기, 탄소수 1~10의 아실옥시기, 탄소수 2~10의 알케닐옥시기, 할로겐기 또는 아미노기를 가지는 실릴기 및 실라잔기로부터 선택되는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유 부재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2가의 직쇄상 퍼플루오로옥시알킬렌폴리머 잔기가 -(CF2)d-O-(CF2O)p(CF2CF2O)q(CF2CF2CF2O)r(CF2CF2CF2CF2O)s(CF(CF3)CF2O)t-(CF2)d-(식 중, p, q, r, s, t는 각각 독립적으로 0~200의 정수이며, 또한 p+q+r+s+t=3~500이며, p, q, r, s, t가 붙여진 괄호 내에 표시되는 각 반복 단위는 랜덤으로 결합되어 있어도 되고, d는 독립적으로 0~8의 정수이며, 이 단위는 직쇄상이어도 분기상이어도 된다.)으로 표시되는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유 부재.

- 금속산화물, 금속, 수지, 세라믹, 석영, 유리, 사파이어 또는 다이아몬드로 이루어지는 기재의 적어도 한쪽의 표면 상에, 분자 중에 실라놀기를 복수개 가지는 유기 규소 화합물과 나노다이아몬드와 용제를 포함하는 용액을 습식 도포하는 공정과, 이 용제를 건조시켜 상기 기재의 적어도 한쪽의 표면 상에 프라이머층을 형성·적층하는 공정과, 이 프라이머층의 외표면 상에, 하기 일반식(1)~(5)으로 표시되는 가수분해성 함불소 화합물과 용제를 포함하는 용액을 습식 도포한 후에, 이 용제를 건조시키거나 또는 이 용액으로부터 용제를 증발시킨 상기 가수분해성 함불소 화합물을 건식 도포하는 공정과, 이 가수분해성 함불소 화합물을 경화시켜 프라이머층의 외표면 상에 발수발유층을 형성·적층하는 공정을 포함하는 제1항 또는 제2에 기재된 발수발유 부재의 제조 방법.

〔식 중, Rf는 독립적으로 -(CF2)d-O-(CF2O)p(CF2CF2O)q(CF2CF2CF2O)r(CF2CF2CF2CF2O)s(CF(CF3)CF2O)t-(CF2)d-으로 표시되는 2가의 직쇄상 퍼플루오로옥시알킬렌폴리머 잔기이며, p, q, r, s, t는 각각 독립적으로 0~200의 정수이며, 또한 p+q+r+s+t=3~500이며, p, q, r, s, t가 붙여진 괄호 내에 표시되는 각 반복 단위는 랜덤으로 결합되어 있어도 되고, d는 독립적으로 0~8의 정수이며, 이 단위는 직쇄상이어도 분기상이어도 된다. A는 독립적으로 불소 원자, 수소 원자, 또는 말단이 -CF3기, -CF2H기 혹은 -CH2F기인 1가의 불소 함유기이며, Z, Z'는 독립적으로 단결합, 또는 질소 원자, 산소 원자, 규소 원자, 인 원자 혹은 유황 원자를 포함하고 있어도 되고, 불소 치환되어 있어도 되는 2~8가의 유기기이며, W는 독립적으로 말단에 가수분해성 기를 가지는 1가의 유기기이다. α, β는 각각 독립적으로 1~7의 정수이며, 또한 α+β=2~8의 정수이다. γ는 2~8의 정수이다.〕
