- (A) 하기 평균 조성식 (1)
(식 중, R1은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1∼20의 비치환 1가 탄화수소기이며, a/b=0.5∼1.5이다.)
로 표시되는 트리알킬실록시실리케이트: 100질량부,
(B) 하기 식 (2)
(식 중, R2는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1∼20의 비치환 1가 탄화수소기, R3은 서로 독립적으로 수산기 및 탄소수 1∼4의 알콕시기로부터 선택되는 기, c는 3∼5,000, d는 0∼50이다.)
로 표시되는, 분자 내에 수산기 또는 알콕시기를 적어도 2개 이상 가지는 오가노폴리실록산: 1∼100질량부,
(C) 하기 일반식 (3)

- 제1항에 있어서, 불소화합물을 함유하지 않는 발수제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 발수제 조성물을 포함하는 섬유처리제.
