Claims (20)
- 압축 칼라를 포함하며,
상기 압축 칼라는, 탄성적인 가요성 재료, 관형 바디의 제1단부와 대향하는 제2단부 사이에서 연장하는 내면 및 대향 외면을 포함하며, 상기 내면은 상기 관형 바디를 관통해서 연장하는 관통로를 경계짓고 상기 관형 바디의 내경을 형성하는 관형 바디;
적어도 튜브의 단부의 일부분이 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내면에 의해 둘러싸이도록 상기 압축 칼라의 상기 관통로의 내부에 배치되며, 상기 튜브는 튜브 통로를 경계짓는 상기 튜브의 단부;와
상기 튜브 통로내에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되는 튜브 피팅를 포함하며,
상기 압축 칼라는 상기 튜브 피팅에 대해 상기 튜브를 반경방향 내측으로 압축하도록 확장 상태로부터 수축 상태까지 탄성적으로 다시 복원되도록 되며,
상기 관형 바디는 상기 관형 바디의 제1단부에 위치된 제1 스페이서 탭을 추가로 포함하는 커플링 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브 피팅은 상기 튜브 통로내에 배치되는 제1 바브와 상기 압축 칼라의 상기 관통로의 길이를 따라 중심적으로 위치된 상기 제1 바브의 쇼울더를 추가로 포함하는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브 피팅은 상기 튜브 통로내에 배치되는 제1 바브와 상기 압축 칼라의 중심축 상의 중심으로부터 편심되게 배치된 상기 제1 바브의 쇼울더를 추가로 포함하는 커플링 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 바브 단부는 돌출 없는 부드러운 절두원추형 외면을 가지는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 칼라는 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경이 상기 확장 상태로부터 상기 수축 상태까지 50% 다시 복원되는데 적어도 30초 소요되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은 상기 확장 상태로부터 상기 수축 상태까지 적어도 50% 다시 복원되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은 적어도 1분 이내에 상기 확장 상태로부터 상기 수축 상태까지 적어도 90%까지 다시 복원되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은 상기 확장 상태로부터 상기 수축 상태까지 적어도 90%까지 다시 복원되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은 비확장 상태로부터 상기 확장 상태까지 115%-210% 확장되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은 비확장 상태로부터 상기 확장 상태까지 적어도 150%까지 확장되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디는 상기 관형 바디의 상기 제1 단부에 위치된 제1 정지 립을 추가로 포함하는 커플링 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디는 상기 관형 바디의 상기 제1 단부에 위치된 제2 정지 립을 추가로 포함하는 커플링 조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 정지 립은 상기 튜브의 상기 단부에 접하는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브는 생물학적 유체에 접촉하는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브는 생물학적 처리 용기에 연결되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축 상태에서 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은 상기 튜브의 외경보다 작은 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은 상기 제1 단부와 제2 단부 사이에서 실질적으로 일정하게 유지되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디의 상기 내경은, 상기 제1 단부와 제2 단부 사이에 길이의 적어도 40%에서 98% 걸쳐 일정하게 유지되는 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 바디는 가교 폴리에틸렌인 커플링 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 칼라는 상기 튜브보다 덜 가요성인 커플링 조립체.
