Claims (25)
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제로서, (a) 이소시아네이트, (b) 폴리올의 총 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 40 중량%의 폴리올레핀 폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올; 및 (c) 사슬 연장제의 반응 생성물을 포함하며, 폴리올레핀 폴리올은 에틸렌계 불포화 기를 포함하고, 폴리올이 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 또는 이의 조합을 더 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 폴리올은 폴리디엔 폴리올인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리디엔 폴리올의 디엔 단량체 단위가 4 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 컨쥬게이션된 디엔 단량체로부터 유도된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올이 450 내지 9,900 g/mol의 수 평균 분자량(Mn)을 갖고, 1.5 내지 3.0의 평균 히드록실 작용기를 갖는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.

- 제10항에 있어서, 지환족 이소시아네이트가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 1,4-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 1-메틸-2,4-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 1-메틸-2,6-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트 및 이에 상응하는 이성질체 혼합물, 4,4'-, 2,4- 및 2,2'-디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 이에 상응하는 이성질체 혼합물, 및 이의 조합을 포함하는 지환족 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제가 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 히드로퀴논 비스(2-히드록시에틸)에테르, 및 이의 조합을 포함하는 디올계 사슬 연장제인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제14항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제가 1,4-부탄디올인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a) 4 내지 40 중량%의 이소시아네이트; (b) 50 내지 95 중량%의 폴리올; 및 (c) 1 내지 10 중량%의 사슬 연장제의 반응 생성물을 포함하며, 상기 중량%는 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제의 중량을 기준으로 90 내지 100 중량%의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매, 슬립제 및 이형제, 광안정제, 가소제, 블로킹 방지제, 억제제, 가수분해 방지제, 열 및 퇴색 안정제, 염료, 안료, 무기 및/또는 유기 충전제, 곰팡이 및 박테리아를 억제하는 활성 물질이 포함된 충전제 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제가 원샷 법에 의해 제조되는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제.
- 신발 밑창 조립체를 제조하는 방법으로서,
(1) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제의 시트 또는 분말을 신발 아웃솔 상에 배치하고 가열 가황하는 단계; 및 (2) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제 상에 신발 미드솔을 배치하여 신발 밑창 프리폼을 수득하고, 신발 밑창 프리폼을 가열 및 가압하여 신발 밑창 조립체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제20항에 있어서,
(1) 신발 아웃솔 상에 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제의 시트 또는 분말을 배치하고, 이어서 이형 필름을 배치하는 단계,
(2) 가열 가황하는 단계,
(3) 이형 필름을 제거하는 단계,
(4) 탈형 및 디플래싱하는 단계,
(5) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제 상에 신발 미드솔을 배치하여 신발 밑창 프리폼을 수득하고, 가열하고 가압하는 단계, 및
(6) 탈형 및 디플래싱하여 신발 밑창 조립체를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제20항에 있어서, 신발 아웃솔이 고무, 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU), 열가소성 에스테르 엘라스토머(TPEE) 또는 이의 조합으로 제조되는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 신발 미드솔이 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA) 폼, 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC) 폼, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU) 폼, 열가소성 에스테르 엘라스토머(TPEE), 또는 이의 조합으로 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 접착제, 신발 아웃솔, 및 신발 미드솔을 포함하는 신발 밑창 조립체.
- 제24항에 있어서, 신발 밑창 조립체의 신발 아웃솔과 신발 미드솔 사이의 박리 강도가 2.5 kgf/cm 초과인 신발 밑창 조립체.
