Abstract
본 발명의 적층 필름의 제조 방법은, 유리 필름과 수지 필름을, 접착제를 개재하여 적층시켜 전구 적층체를 얻는 적층 공정과, 그 전구 적층체에 활성 에너지선을 조사하여, 접착제를 경화시키는 경화 공정을 포함하고, 그 경화 공정에 있어서, 그 전구 적층체의 면내에서 불균일하게 활성 에너지선을 조사하는 것을 포함한다.

Claims (8)
- 유리 필름과 수지 필름을, 접착제를 개재하여 적층시켜 전구 적층체를 얻는 적층 공정과,
그 전구 적층체에 활성 에너지선을 조사하여, 접착제를 경화시키는 경화 공정을 포함하고,
그 경화 공정에 있어서, 그 전구 적층체의 면내에서 불균일하게 활성 에너지선을 조사하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 경화 공정에 있어서, 전구 적층체의 폭 방향에 있어서의 적산 광량이 균일해지도록, 활성 에너지선을 조사하는 것을 포함하는, 적층 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 필름이, 편광판인, 적층 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 필름의 폭이, 상기 유리 필름보다 넓고,
그 수지 필름의 폭과 그 유리 필름의 폭의 차가, 10 mm ~ 100 mm 인, 적층 필름의 제조 방법. - 삭제
