Abstract
[해결 수단] 본 개시에 있어서는, 정극집전체, 정극활물질층, 고체전해질층, 부극활물질층 및 부극집전체를, 두께 방향을 따라, 이 순서대로 가지는 전지에 있어서, 상기 부극집전체는, 상기 부극활물질층측의 표면 상에, 산화물 활물질을 함유하는 코팅층을 가지고, 상기 고체전해질층은, 제 1 고체전해질층과, 상기 제 1 고체전해질층 및 상기 부극활물질층의 사이에 배치된 제 2 고체전해질층을 가지며, 상기 제 1 고체전해질층은, 할로겐화물 고체전해질을 함유하고, 상기 제 2 고체전해질층은, 황화물 고체전해질을 함유하는, 전지를 제공함으로써, 상기 과제를 해결한다.

Claims (10)
- 정극집전체, 정극활물질층, 고체전해질층, 부극활물질층 및 부극집전체를, 두께 방향을 따라, 이 순서대로 가지는 전지에 있어서,
상기 부극집전체는, 상기 부극활물질층측의 표면 상에, 산화물 활물질을 함유하는 코팅층을 가지고,
상기 고체전해질층은, 제 1 고체전해질층과, 상기 제 1 고체전해질층 및 상기 부극활물질층의 사이에 배치된 제 2 고체전해질층을 가지며,
상기 제 1 고체전해질층은, 할로겐화물 고체전해질을 함유하고,
상기 제 2 고체전해질층은, 황화물 고체전해질을 함유하는, 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층의 두께를 T1이라고 하고, 상기 부극집전체의 코팅층측의 표면에 있어서의 표면 거칠기(Rz)를 R이라고 할 때, T1에 대한 R의 비율(R/T1)이, 30% 이상, 100% 미만인, 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 활물질이, 티탄산 리튬 및 니오브티탄계 산화물 중 적어도 일방을 포함하는, 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐화물 고체전해질이, 하기의 조성식 (1)에 의해 나타내어지며,
LiαMβXγ … 식 (1)
α, β 및 γ는, 각각, 0보다 큰 값이며,
M은, Li 이외의 금속 원소 및 반금속 원소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 포함하고,
X는, F, Cl, Br 및 I로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 포함하는, 전지. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐화물 고체전해질이, Li6-3AMAX6(A는 0<A<2를 만족시키고, M은, Y 및 In 중 적어도 1종이며, X는, Cl 및 Br 중 적어도 1종이다)에 의해 나타내어지는, 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐화물 고체전해질이, 염화물 고체전해질인, 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 황화물 고체전해질이, Li, P, S를 함유하는, 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 부극활물질층은, 충전에 의한 전체적 팽창률이 14% 이상인 부극활물질을 함유하는, 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 부극활물질이, Si계 활물질인, 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 부극활물질층의 두께에 대한 상기 코팅층의 두께의 비율이, 3% 이상 20% 이하인, 전지.
