한편, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 연자성 철계 분말의 제조방법은 철계 입자를 준비하는 입자 준비단계와; 인산(phosphoric acid)을 함유하는 코팅액을 준비하는 코팅액 준비단계와; 상기 철계 입자를 부유시킨 상태에서 상기 코팅액을 분사하여 상기 철계 입자의 표면에 상기 코팅액을 코팅하여 철계 입자의 표면에 피막층을 형성하는 피막형성단계를 포함한다.

인산(phosphoric acid)을 함유하는 코팅액을 준비하는 코팅액 준비단계와;
상기 철계 입자를 부유시킨 상태에서 상기 코팅액을 분사하여 상기 철계 입자의 표면에 상기 코팅액을 코팅하여 철계 입자의 표면에 피막층을 형성하는 피막형성단계를 포함하고,
상기 코팅액 준비단계에서, 준비되는 코팅액은 상온에서 점도가 0.8mPa·S 이하인 용매에 인산의 농도가 0.5 ~ 1.5wt%가 되도록 혼합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 철계 분말의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 입자 준비단계에서, 준비되는 철계 입자는 겉보기 밀도가 3 ~ 4 g/㎤이고, 크기가 75 ~ 425㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 철계 분말의 제조방법.

상기 철계 분말에 윤활제와 바인더를 혼합하여 분말혼합물을 준비하는 혼합과정과;
상기 분말혼합물을 소정 형상의 성형물로 압축 성형하는 성형과정과;
상기 성형물을 550℃ 이하의 온도에서 열처리하는 열처리과정을 포함하고,
상기 혼합과정은, 상기 윤활제: 0.1 ~ 0.6wt%와 바인더 0.1 ~ 0.2wt%에 나머지 철계 분말을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연자성 소재의 제조방법.

상기 분말 준비과정은,
철계 입자를 준비하는 입자 준비단계와;
