Claims (9)
- 강판의 압연 라인과 직결하고 있지 않으며, 열간 압연이 종료된 강판을 열처리하는, 강판의 제조 설비로서,
100℃ 이하의 상기 강판을 가열하는 가열로와,
가열된 상기 강판을 평탄하게 교정하는 제1 형상 교정 장치와,
교정된 상기 강판을 퀀칭하는 퀀칭 장치와,
퀀칭된 상기 강판을 평탄하게 교정하는 제2 형상 교정 장치
를 구비하고,
상기 제1 형상 교정 장치에 의한 교정 시에 있어서, 상기 강판의 온도가 Ar3 온도±150℃의 범위인, 강판의 제조 설비. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 형상 교정 장치의 내(耐)하중은, 상기 제2 형상 교정 장치의 내하중보다도 낮은, 강판의 제조 설비. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 형상 교정 장치에 의한 교정 시에 있어서, 상기 강판의 온도가 100℃ 이하인, 강판의 제조 설비. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 형상 교정 장치에 의한 교정 시에 있어서, 상기 강판의 온도가 100℃ 이하인, 강판의 제조 설비. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 형상 교정 장치 및 상기 제2 형상 교정 장치는, 롤러 레벨러 교정 장치인, 강판의 제조 설비. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 퀀칭 장치는, 상기 강판을 수냉에 의해 퀀칭하는, 강판의 제조 설비. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 퀀칭 장치는, 상기 강판을 수냉에 의해 퀀칭하는, 강판의 제조 설비. - 강판의 압연 라인과 직결하고 있지 않는 강판의 제조 설비에 의해, 열간 압연이 종료된 강판을 열처리하는, 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
100℃ 이하의 상기 강판을 가열하는 가열 공정과,
상기 가열 공정 후, 상기 강판을 평탄하게 교정하는 제1 교정 공정과,
상기 제1 교정 공정 후, 상기 강판을 퀀칭하는 퀀칭 공정과,
상기 퀀칭 공정 후, 상기 강판을 평탄하게 교정하는 제2 교정 공정
을 구비하고,
상기 제1 교정 공정에서는, 교정 시의 상기 강판의 온도가 Ar3 온도±150℃의 범위인, 강판의 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제2 교정 공정에서는, 상기 강판의 온도가 100℃ 이하인, 강판의 제조 방법.
