Mn: 0.2% 이상 3.0% 이하,
P: 0.08% 이하,
S: 0.02% 이하,
Al: 0.001% 이상 0.40% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖는 강 슬래브를, 열간 압연하고, 압하율(rolling reduction ratio) 1∼10%로 압연하고, 산 세정을 행하고, 이어서, 압하율 0.3∼5%로 압연하고, 용융 도금 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
성분 조성으로서, 추가로, 질량%로,
Ti: 0.01% 이상 0.40% 이하,
Nb: 0.001% 이상 0.200% 이하,
V: 0.001% 이상 0.500% 이하,
Mo: 0.01% 이상 0.50% 이하,
W: 0.001% 이상 0.200% 이하,
B: 0.0003% 이상 0.01% 이하 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 열간 압연에 있어서, 조압연(rough rolling) 후, 마무리 압연 온도 820℃ 이상 1050℃ 이하에서 압연 종료한 후, 권취 온도 450∼650℃에서 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
압하율 0.3∼5%로 상기 압연 후 상기 용융 도금 처리 전에, 수소 농도 2∼30vol% 또한 노점(dew point) -60∼-10℃의 로(furnace) 내 분위기, 강판 도달 온도 600∼950℃에서 연속 어닐링을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
압하율 0.3∼5%로 상기 압연 후 상기 용융 도금 처리 전에, 수소 농도 2∼30vol% 또한 노점 -60∼-10℃의 로 내 분위기, 강판 도달 온도 600∼950℃에서 연속 어닐링을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 용융 도금 처리 후, 추가로, 합금화 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 용융 도금 처리 후, 추가로, 합금화 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
