Claims (19)
- 투명한 광 재충전가능한 전기화학적 디바이스(transparent photo rechargeable electrochemical device)로서,
- 양극 막이 성막된 투명한 도전성 캐리어를 포함하는 양극으로서, 상기 양극 막은 양극 활물질로서 n-타입 반도체를 포함하며, 상기 n-타입 반도체는 밴드갭 Eg을 가지며 알카리 금속 M1의 이온을 침투(intercalating)시키고 방출(deintercalating)시킬 수 있는, 양극;
- 상기 알카리 금속 M1, 상기 알카리 금속 M1의 합금, 및 상기 알카리 금속 M1의 금속간 화합물로부터 선택된 요소를 포함하는 음극; 및
상기 알카리 금속 M1의 염 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 비수성(non-aqueous) 액체 전해질을 포함하며,
상기 양극 및 음극은 각기 전극 전위 E1 및 E2를 가지며, E1 > E2이며, E1 및 E2는 M1+/M10 쌍의 전극 전위에 대해서 계산되며,
상기 n-타입 반도체는 TiO2, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, MnO2, CoO, Co3O4, SnO2, RuO2, Bi2O3, VO2, V2O5, Cr2O3, Nb2O5 및 ZnO으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명한 광 재충전가능한 전기화학적 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알카리 금속 M1은 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼륨으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
n-타입 반도체는 TiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
n-타입 반도체는 최대 4.0 eV의 밴드갭 Eg를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
n-타입 반도체는 2 내지 50 nm 범위의 직경의 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
n-타입 반도체는 20 m2/g 내지 500 m2/g 범위의, B.E.T 방법에 의해서 측정된 비표면적(specific surface area)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
양극 막은 적어도 메조기공(mesopores)을 포함하는 다공성 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
양극 막은 적어도 하나의 염료 및/또는 적어도 하나의 광 반사체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
투명한 도전성 캐리어는 FTO 타입, ITO 타입 또는 ZITO 타입의 투명한 도전성 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
양극 막은 0.1 내지 25 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디바이스. - 하기 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 투명한 광 재충전가능한 전기화학적 디바이스를 광재충전하는 방법:
i) 상기 디바이스를 적어도 30분 동안, 광파의 소스에 노출시켜서 상기 재충전된 디바이스를 획득하는 단계. - 하기 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 투명한 광 재충전가능한 전기화학적 디바이스를 어둠에서 재충전하는 방법:
i') 상기 디바이스를 적어도 10 시간 동안, 광파의 소스에 노출시키는 단계;
ii') 상기 단계 i') 의 디바이스를 사용하여서 전력 장치에 전력을 공급하는 단계; 및
iii') 상기 단계 ii')의 디바이스를 적어도 6시간 동안 어둠에서 완화(relax)시켜서 상기 재충전된 디바이스를 획득하는 단계. - 삭제
