Claims (15)
- 생분해성 수지와 중질 탄산칼슘 입자를 질량비 50:50~10:90의 비율로 함유하는 생분해성 수지 조성물로 구성되는 것인 생분해성 수지 성형품이며,
상기 중질 탄산칼슘 입자의 JIS M-8511에 준거한 공기 투과법에 의한 비표면적의 측정 결과로부터 계산한 평균 입자 지름이 1.0μm 이상 10.0μm 이하이고,
상기 중질 탄산칼슘 입자의 BET 비표면적이 0.1m2/g 이상 10.0m2/g 이하이고,
상기 생분해성 수지 조성물이 젖산, 중량 평균 분자량 3,000 이하의 젖산 올리고머, 및 분지형 폴리젖산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 가소제를 함유하는 것인 동시에,
상기 가소제가 상기 생분해성 수지 성형품 전체의 질량을 100%로 한 경우에 1~5질량%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 생분해성 수지 성형품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중질 탄산칼슘 입자의 진원도가 0.50 이상 0.95 이하인 생분해성 수지 성형품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
중질 탄산칼슘 입자가 그 표면부에서 부분 산화되어 있는 것인 생분해성 수지 성형품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지가 폴리젖산을 포함하는 것인 생분해성 수지 성형품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지가 중량 평균 분자량(Mw) 50,000 이상 300,000 이하의 폴리 L-젖산을 수지 성분 전체의 10~100질량%의 비율로 포함하는 것인 생분해성 수지 조성물로 구성되는 것인 생분해성 수지 성형품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
생분해성 수지와 중질 탄산칼슘 입자를 질량비 50:50~10:90의 비율로 함유하는 생분해성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층의 적어도 한쪽 표면을, 생분해성 수지로 이루어지는 표면층에 의해 피복하여 이루어지는 적층 구조를 갖는 것인 성형품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성형품이 시트인 생분해성 수지 성형품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성형품이 용기체인 생분해성 수지 성형품. - 생분해성 수지와 중질 탄산칼슘 입자를 질량비 50:50~10:90의 비율로 함유하는 생분해성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 펠렛체이며,
상기 중질 탄산칼슘 입자의 JIS M-8511에 준거한 공기 투과법에 의한 비표면적의 측정 결과로부터 계산한 평균 입자 지름이 1.0μm 이상 10.0μm 이하이고,
상기 중질 탄산칼슘 입자의 BET 비표면적이 0.1m2/g 이상 10.0m2/g 이하이고,
상기 생분해성 수지 조성물이 젖산, 중량 평균 분자량 3,000 이하의 젖산 올리고머, 및 분지형 폴리젖산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 가소제를 함유하는 것인 동시에,
상기 가소제가 상기 생분해성 수지 조성물 전체의 질량을 100%로 한 경우에 1~5질량%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 펠렛체. - 생분해성 수지와 중질 탄산칼슘 입자를 질량비 50:50~10:90의 비율로 함유하는 생분해성 수지 조성물을 20~110℃의 온도에서 성형하여 이루어지는 생분해성 수지 성형품의 제조 방법이며,
상기 중질 탄산칼슘 입자의 JIS M-8511에 준거한 공기 투과법에 의한 비표면적의 측정 결과로부터 계산한 평균 입자 지름이 1.0μm 이상 10.0μm 이하이고,
상기 중질 탄산칼슘 입자의 BET 비표면적이 0.1m2/g 이상 10.0m2/g 이하이고,
상기 생분해성 수지 조성물이 젖산, 중량 평균 분자량 3,000 이하의 젖산 올리고머, 및 분지형 폴리젖산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 가소제를 함유하는 것인 동시에,
상기 가소제가 상기 생분해성 수지 성형품 전체의 질량을 100%로 한 경우에 1~5질량%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 생분해성 수지 성형품의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
연신 처리를 수행하지 않고 성형하는 것인 제조 방법. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지 조성물을 이축 압출기에 의해 140~220℃에서 용융 혼련 후, T 다이에서 시트형으로 성형하는 것인 제조 방법. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지 조성물을 이축 압출기에 의해 140~220℃의 온도에서 용융 혼련 후, 금형 온도 20~110℃로 유지된 금형에 주입하고 성형하는 것인 제조 방법. - 삭제
