Abstract

상기 유기 에어로겔이 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질을 포함하는 중합체성 모노리식 유기 겔이거나,
상기 유기 에어로겔이 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)의 열분해의 생성물을 포함하는 다공성 탄소 모노리스 형태의 상기 겔의 열분해생성물이며,
상기 유기 에어로겔이 대기압에서 10 내지 40 mW.m- 1.K-1의 비 열 전도성을 갖는, 진공 단열 패널(1)과 관련된다.

- 도 2는 진공 단열 패널의 절개도의 도식적 표현을 보여주고,
- 도 3은 압력의 함수로서 공기 및 에어로겔의 열 전도성의 변화를 비교한 그래프를 보여주며,
- 도 4는 압력의 함수로서 상이한 다공성의 핵심 물질의 열 전도성의 변화를 비교한 그래프를 보여준다.
상이한 도면의 동일한 구성요소는 동일한 참조를 갖는다.
Claims (21)
- - 대기압보다 낮은 압력의 기밀하게 폐쇄된 덮개(3),
- 상기 덮개(3) 안에 놓인 유기 에어로겔로 만들어진 핵심 물질(5)
을 포함하며, 상기 유기 에어로겔이 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R) 및 포름알데히드(들)(F)로부터 적어도 일부 기인한 수지에 기반하며,
상기 유기 에어로겔이 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)을 포함하는 중합체성 모노리식 유기 겔이거나,
상기 유기 에어로겔이 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)의 열분해의 생성물을 포함하는 다공성 탄소 모노리스 형태의 중합체성 모노리식 유기 겔의 열분해생성물이며,
상기 유기 에어로겔이 대기압에서 10 내지 40 mW.m-1.K-1의 비 열 전도성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)이 4차 암모늄염, 폴리(비닐피리디늄 클로라이드), 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리비닐피리딘, 폴리(알릴아민 히드로클로라이드), 폴리(트리메틸암모니오에틸 메타크릴레이트 클로라이드), 폴리(아크릴아미드-공동-디메틸암모늄 클로라이드) 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 유기 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)이 폴리(디알릴디메틸암모늄 할라이드)로부터 선택된 4차 암모늄으로부터 기인한 단위를 포함하는 염인 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 에어로겔이, 수성 용매(W)에 용해된 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P) 및 촉매의 존재하에서, 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R) 및 포름알데히드(들)(F)의 수성 용매(W)에서의 중합 반응의 생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중합 반응의 생성물이 0.2 % 내지 2 %의 질량 분율에 따른 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중합 반응의 생성물이, 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R) 및 포름알데히드(들)(F)의 측면에서, 2 % 내지 10 %인 P/(R+F) 중량비에 따른 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중합 반응의 생성물이, 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R), 포름알데히드(들)(F) 및 수성 용매(W)의 측면에서, 0.3 % 내지 2 %인, P/(R+F+W) 중량비에 따른 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 에어로겔이:
- 400 m2/g 내지 1200 m2/g의 비 표면적,
- 0.1 cm3/g 내지 3 cm3/g의 세공 부피,
- 3 nm 내지 30 nm의 평균 세공 직경, 및
- 0.01 내지 0.4 g/cm3의 밀도
중 적어도 하나를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개(3) 내의 압력이 0.1 내지 500 mbar인 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개(3)가 20 내지 500 μm의 두께를 갖는 필름으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개(3)가 알루미늄으로 만들어진 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개(3)가 중합체로 만들어진 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제12항에 있어서, 중합체로 만들어진 하나 이상의 층이 다음의 중합체: 고- 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 실리콘, 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌/비닐 알콜, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리아미드 중 하나로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개(3)가 이의 내부면에 중합체 물질로 만들어진 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 다층 필름으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1).
- 제14항에 있어서, 덮개(3)를 형성하는 다층 필름이 다음의 층:
- 폴리에틸렌/폴리아크릴/알루미늄/폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 또는
- 폴리에틸렌/알루미늄/폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 또는 또한
- 폴리에틸렌/알루미늄/폴리에틸렌/알루미늄/폴리에틸렌
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1). - - 핵심 물질(5)로서의 유기 에어로겔의 다음의 단계에 따른 제조 단계:
a) 수성 용매(W)에 용해된 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P) 및 촉매의 존재하에서, 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R) 및 포름알데히드(들)(F)의 수성 용매(W)에서의 중합 단계,
b) a) 단계에서 얻은 용액의 겔화 단계,
c) 중합체성 모노리식 유기 겔을 얻기 위해 b) 단계에서 얻은 겔의 건조 단계,
- 상기 유기 에어로겔을 덮개(3)에 놓는 단계,
- 덮개(3) 내의 압력을 낮추고 상기 덮개(3)를 기밀하게 폐쇄하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진공 단열 패널(1)의 제조 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 다공성 탄소를 얻기 위해 유기 에어로겔의 제조 단계가 c) 단계에서 얻은 건조된 겔의 추가적인 열분해 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, a) 단계를:
- 0.2 % 내지 2 %의 조성물 중의 질량 분율,
- 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R) 및 포름알데히드(들)(F)의 측면에서, 2 % 내지 10 %의 P/(R+F) 중량비, 및
- 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R), 포름알데히드(들)(F) 및 수성 용매(W)의 측면에서, 0.3 % 내지 2 %의 P/(R+F+W) 중량비
중 적어도 하나에 따라 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)을 사용함으로써 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법. - 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서,
- 상기 폴리히드록시벤젠(들)(R) 및 상기 하나 이상의 수용성 양이온성 고분자전해질(P)을 수성 용매(W)에 용해시키고, 이후, 얻은 용액에 상기 포름알데히드(들)(F) 및 산성 또는 염기성 촉매를 첨가함으로써, 주변 온도에서 a) 단계를 수행하는 것, 및
- 오븐에서 상기 용액을 경화함으로써 b) 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법. - 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서:
- 400 m2/g 내지 1200 m2/g의 비 표면적,
- 0.1 cm3/g 내지 3 cm3/g의 세공 부피,
- 3 nm 내지 30 nm의 평균 세공 직경, 및
- 0.01 내지 0.4 g/cm3의 밀도
중 적어도 하나를 나타내는 상기 중합체성 모노리식 유기 겔을 얻기 위해, c) 단계를 공기 건조에 의해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법. - 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 덮개(3)의 폐쇄를 열 밀봉에 의해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법.
