Claims (4)
- 액체가 수용된 용기 본체의 개구부에 상방 가압 상태에서 하향 이동 가능하게 세워 설치되는 스템, 및 상기 스템의 상단부에 배치되어 노즐 구멍이 형성된 누름 헤드를 갖는 펌프와,
상기 펌프를 상기 용기 본체의 개구부에 장착하는 장착 캡을 구비하고, 상기 노즐 구멍으로부터 상기 용기 본체 내의 액체를 발포시켜서 토출하는 거품 토출기로서,
상기 펌프에는
상기 스템에 연계하는 액용 피스톤과,
상기 액용 피스톤이 내부에 상하로 슬라이딩이 자유롭게 수용된 액용 실린더와,
상기 스템에 연계하는 공기용 피스톤과,
상기 공기용 피스톤이 내부에 상하로 슬라이딩이 자유롭게 수용된 공기용 실린더와,
상기 액용 실린더로부터의 액체와 상기 공기용 실린더로부터의 공기를 혼합하여, 상기 액체를 발포시키는 기액 혼합부가 구비되고,
상기 공기용 실린더는 상기 장착 캡의 내측에 배치되어 상기 용기 본체 내에 수용되고,
상기 누름 헤드에는 상기 장착 캡의 정상벽부(top wall section)에 세워 설치된 피스톤통부가 상하로 슬라이딩이 자유롭게 끼워 맞춰지는 헤드부측 공기용 실린더가 연장 설치되고,
상기 펌프에는 상기 헤드부측 공기용 실린더 내와 상기 공기용 실린더 내를 연통하는 연통로가 형성되고,
상기 펌프는 상기 누름 헤드를 눌렀을 때에, 상기 헤드부측 공기용 실린더 내의 공기를 상기 연통로를 통과하여 상기 기액 혼합부 내에 공급하도록 구성되고,
상기 누름 헤드에는 하향으로 연장 설치되어 상기 헤드부측 공기용 실린더를 구획하는 외통부가 구비되고,
상기 피스톤통부는 외주연이 상기 외통부의 내주연에 상하 슬라이딩이 자유롭게 끼워 맞춰지는 피스톤 부재를 구비하는, 거품 토출기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펌프에는 상기 공기용 실린더 내, 상기 헤드부측 공기용 실린더 내 및 상기 연통로 각각에 외기를 공급 가능한 통기 구멍이 형성되고,
상기 통기 구멍은 상기 누름 헤드를 누르기 전의 대기 상태에서 개방되고, 또한, 상기 누름 헤드를 누를 때에, 상기 펌프를 구성하는 부재끼리가 서로 맞닿게 됨으로써 폐색되며,
상기 누름 헤드는 상기 통기 구멍이 폐색된 상태에서 눌러지도록 구성되는 거품 토출기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 펌프는 외기가 상기 공기용 실린더 내에 상기 통기 구멍으로부터 상기 연통로를 통과하여 유입하고, 외기가 상기 헤드부측 공기용 실린더 내에 상기 통기 구멍으로부터 상기 연통로를 통과하여 유입하도록 구성되어 있는 거품 토출기. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피스톤통부는 상기 정상벽부의 내주연부에 설치된 피스톤통을 구비하고,
상기 피스톤 부재는 상기 헤드부측 공기용 실린더 내에서 슬라이딩하는 거품 토출기.
