Claims (11)
- 염화비닐계 단량체 및 예비 중합 개시제를 포함하는 단량체 조성물에 머캅탄계 사슬 이동제를 첨가하여 입자핵을 형성하는 예비 중합 단계; 및
염화비닐계 단량체 및 상기 입자핵을 혼합하고 본 중합 개시제를 첨가하여 중합체를 제조하는 본 중합 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 머캅탄계 사슬 이동제는 상기 예비 중합의 전환율이 3 내지 8%인 시점에 투여하며,
상기 머캅탄계 사슬 이동제는 예비 중합 단계의 염화비닐계 단량체 100 중량부 대비 0.01 내지 0.1 중량부로 첨가되는 것인 염화비닐계 중합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 머캅탄계 사슬 이동제는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것인 염화비닐계 중합체의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1 및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기이고, 상기 R1 및 R2가 수소가 아닌 경우, R1 및 R2 중 어느 하나는 -OH, -COOH, 또는 -COOR(여기서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기)가 결합된 것이며,
A는 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬렌기, 1 이상의 히드록시기가 결합된 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬렌기 또는 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로알킬렌기이며, 상기 헤테로알킬렌기는 N, O 및 S 중에서 선택된 1 이상의 헤테로 원소를 포함하고,
상기 X는 -OH, -COOH, 또는 -COOR(여기서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기)이다.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 머캅탄계 사슬 이동제는 2-머캅토에탄올, 3-머캅토-1,2-프로판다이올, 메틸 머캅토데카노에이트, 및 디메틸 9-머캅토옥타데실-1,18-디오에이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 이상을 포함하는 것인 염화비닐계 중합체 제조방법.
