Claims (15)
- 작용 공구면을 가열하는 적층체를 포함하는 가열 장치를 포함하는 공구에 있어서,
상기 적층체는, 진동하는 자기장을 발생시키는 적어도 하나의 권선 코일을 포함하는 코일 캐리어층(21), 상기 작용 공구면에 인접하는 전기 전도성 상위층(25), 및 상기 상위층으로부터 볼 때 상기 코일 캐리어층의 아래에 위치되는 배면층(27)을 포함하고, 상기 배면층은 상기 코일의 권선이 선회하는 에지들에서 상기 상위층에 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 상위층에 비하여 낮은 비저항을 가지며, 전기 전도성 중간층(23)이 상기 코일 캐리어층 및 상기 상위층 사이에 위치되고, 상기 중간층은 상기 상위층에 비하여 낮은 비저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구. - 제1항에 있어서,
열 저항층(29)이 상기 중간층 및 상기 상위층 사이에 위치되는, 공구. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중간층은 냉각 매체를 전달하는 냉각 덕트들(53)을 갖는, 공구. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 상위층은 1*10-7 내지 1*10-6 Ωm 사이의 범위 내의 비저항을 가지며, 상기 중간층은 1*10-8 내지 3*10-8 Ωm 사이의 범위 내의 비저항을 갖는, 공구. - 작용 공구면을 가열하는 적층체를 포함하는 가열 장치를 포함하는 공구를 이용하는 생산 방법에 있어서,
상기 적층체는, 진동하는 자기장을 발생시키는 적어도 하나의 권선 코일을 포함하는 코일 캐리어층, 상기 작용 공구면에 인접하는 전기 전도성 상위층, 및 상기 상위층으로부터 볼 때 상기 코일 캐리어층의 아래에 위치되는 배면층을 포함하고, 상기 배면층은 상기 코일의 권선이 선회하는 에지들에서 상기 상위층에 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 상위층에 비하여 낮은 비저항을 가지며, 상기 코일 캐리어층 및 상기 상위층 사이에 위치되는 전기 전도성 중간층을 사용하여 상기 코일로부터 상기 상위층으로 에너지를 전달하며, 상기 중간층은 상기 상위층에 비하여 낮은 비저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
