도 2는, TEER(transepithelial electrical resistance)를 이용하여 소장세포에서의 포도당 흡수 억제를 확인하는 방법을 도시한 도이다.

Claims (15)
- 녹차 추출물 총 중량에 대하여 9 중량% 이상의 다당류, 10 중량% 미만의 카테킨 및 13 중량% 이상의 식이섬유를 포함하는 녹차 추출물을 포함하는 혈당 조절용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 녹차 추출물은 추가적으로 녹차 추출물 총 중량에 대하여 단당류 및 이당류를 7 중량% 미만으로 포함하는 것인, 혈당 조절용 조성물. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 혈당을 강하하는 것인, 혈당 조절용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 탄수화물 소화 및 소장세포에서의 포도당 흡수를 억제하는 것인, 혈당 조절용 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
