Abstract
(화학식에서, - 서로 동일하거나 상이한 R1, R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 수소 원자 및 C1-C3 탄화수소기 중에서 선택되고, - Rx는 수소 원자이거나, 또는 하이드록실기, 카복실기, 에폭사이드기, 에스테르기 및 에테르기 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 관능기를 포함하는 C1-C5 탄화수소 모이어티임), 및 - 적어도 1종의 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)(PAO)를 포함한 조성물[조성물(F)]을 제공하는 단계; (ii) 상기 조성물(F)을 가공처리하여 막을 제공하는 단계; 및 (iii) 이렇게 수득된 막을 수성 조성물로 처리하여 상기 다공성 멤브레인을 제공하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 방법에 사용되는 막과 조성물, 상기 방법으로부터 수득되는 다공성 멤브레인, 및 리튬-이온 전지에서의 세퍼레이터로서, 여과용 멤브레인으로서, 또는 생의학 분야에서 상기 다공성 멤브레인의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- (i) - 하기 화학식(I)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 플루오로중합체[중합체(F)], 및
(화학식에서,
- 서로 동일하거나 상이한 R1, R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 수소 원자 및 C1-C3 탄화수소기 중에서 선택되고,
- Rx는 수소 원자이거나, 또는 하이드록실기, 카복실기, 에폭사이드기, 에스테르기 및 에테르기 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 관능기를 포함하는 C1-C5 탄화수소 모이어티임)
- 적어도 1종의 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)(PAO)
를 포함한 조성물[조성물(F)]을 제공하는 단계;
(ii) 상기 조성물(F)을 압출법으로 가공처리하여 막을 제공하는 단계; 및
(iii) 이렇게 수득된 막을 수성 조성물로 처리하여 다공성 멤브레인을 제공하는 단계를 포함하며,
여기서 중합체(F)는
- 비닐리덴 플루오라이드(VDF)로부터 유도된 반복단위, 및
- 화학식(I)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위를 포함하는 플루오로중합체[중합체(F1)]인,
다공성 멤브레인의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(F)는 화학식(I)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위를 0.1 몰% 내지 10 몰% 포함하는 것인 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)(PAO)는 100000 내지 5000000, 또는 200000 내지 4000000, 또는 300000 내지 2000000에 속하는 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물(F)은, 조성물의 총 부피를 기준으로, 5 부피% 초과, 또는 20 부피% 초과, 또는 30 부피% 초과의 적어도 1종의 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)(PAO)를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물(F)은 분말 형태의 적어도 1종의 중합체(F) 및 분말 형태의 적어도 1종의 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)(PAO)를 포함하는 분말형 조성물(Fp)인 방법.
- - 하기 화학식(I)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 플루오로중합체[중합체(F)], 및
