Claims (4)
- 투명 기재와 이 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 적층된 (C)투명전도막을 포함하는 투명 전도성 필름으로서,
상기 (C)투명전도막이 상기 투명 전도성 필름의 최표층에 위치하며,
상기 투명 기재와 상기 (C)투명전도막 사이에, 상기 투명 기재부터 (A)저굴절률층 및, 이 (A)저굴절률층 보다 굴절률이 큰 (B)고굴절률층이 순서대로 적층되고,
상기 (A)저굴절률층이 활성 에너지선 경화형 화합물의 경화물이며,
상기 (B)고굴절률층이 활성 에너지선 경화형 화합물의 경화물이고,
상기 (A)저굴절률층의 막 두께가 10nm 이상 150 nm 미만이며,
상기 (B)고굴절률층의 굴절률은 1.6 이상 2.00 미만이고,
상기 (B)고굴절률층의 막 두께가 40nm 이상이며,
상기 투명 전도성 필름의 상기 (C)투명전도막의 적층 부분과 상기 투명 전도성 필름의 상기 (C)투명전도막의 비적층 부분의 반사율 차 및 투과율 차의 절대치가 700nm, 550nm 및 400nm의 각 파장에서 5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전도성 필름. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A)저굴절률층의 굴절률이 1.30 이상 1.60 미만이며, 상기 (B)고굴절률층의 막 두께는 40nm 이상 130nm 미만인 투명 전도성 필름. - (a) 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에, (A)저굴절률층 및 (B)고굴절률층을 적층시켜 (A)저굴절률층 및 (B)고굴절률층을 갖는 투명전도막 적층용 필름을 제작하는 공정, 및 (b) 상기 공정(a)에서 얻은 투명전도막 적층용 필름의 최표층상에, (C)투명전도막을 적층하는 공정을 포함하는 투명 전도성 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 공정(a)가 활성 에너지선 경화형 화합물을 함유하는 저굴절률층용 코팅제를 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 도포하여 건조시킨 후, 경화시켜 상기 활성 에너지선 경화형 화합물의 경화물을 함유하는 (A)저굴절률층을 적층시키는 공정, 및 활성 에너지선 경화형 화합물을 함유하는 고굴절률층용 코팅제를 상기 (A)저굴절률층 위에 도포하여 건조시킨 후, 경화시켜 상기 활성 에너지선 경화형 화합물의 경화물을 함유하는 (B)고굴절률층을 적층시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제3항에 따른 투명 전도성 필름의 제조 방법.
