R1, R2, R4는 수소, C1~C20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기이며; R3는 수소, C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기이다. 청색 도판트 물질로 사용되어 유기전계발광소자의 구동전압을 낮추고 발광 효율, 휘도, 열안정성, 색채 순도 및 발광 수명을 향상시키는 신규한 유기화합물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로한다.

Claims (7)
- 아래와 같은 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광화합물.
상기식에서,
R1, R2, R4는 C1~C20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기이며;
R3는 C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기이며;
R1, R2, R3, 및 R4 중 적어도 하나는 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기이다. - 청구항 1에 있어서, R1는 C1~C20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, C3~C24의 시클로알킬, C1~C20의 알콕시, 할로겐, CN, CF3 및 Si(CH3)3기, C6~C50의 아릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기인, 유기전계발광화합물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, R2는 C1~C20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬이거나;
C1~C20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, C3~C24의 시클로알킬, C1~C20의 알콕시, 할로겐, CN, CF3 또는 Si(CH3)3 기, 나프틸, 안트라센일, 페난트렌일, 다이벤조퓨란기, 플루오렌기, 카바졸기, 스피로 플루오렌기 및 핵원자수 5 내지 20개의 헤테로아릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기인, 유기전계발광화합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서, R3는 C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, C3~C12의 시클로알킬, C1~C10의 알콕시, 할로겐, CN, CF3 및 Si(CH3)3기, C6~C30의 아릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기인, 유기전계발광화합물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, R4는 C1~C20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬이거나;
C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬, C3~C12의 시클로알킬, C1~C10의 알콕시, 할로겐, CN, CF3 또는 Si(CH3)3 기, 나프틸, 안트라센일, 페난트렌일, 다이벤조퓨란기, 플루오렌기, 카바졸기, 스피로 플루오렌기 및 핵원자수 5 내지 20개의 헤테로아릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐, 페닐아민, 다이페닐아민, 페닐피리딘아민, 다이피리딘아민, 페닐나프탈렌아민, 다이나프탈렌아민, 페닐페난트렌아민, 다이페난트렌아민, 페닐안트라센아민, 다이안트라센아민, 페난트리딘, 바이페닐, 피리디닐, 피리미디닐, 또는 트리아지닐기인, 유기전계발광화합물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기전계발광화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
