Claims (15)
- (a) 기판 판유리(2), 적어도 1개의 중간 층(3) 및 커버 판유리(4)의 적층 배열물(1)을 제조하고,
(b1) 적층 배열물(1) 둘레에 진공 링(5) 또는 진공 백을 배치하고,
(b2) 0℃ 내지 30℃의 온도 T에서 8 min 이상의 기간 t 동안, 진공 링(5) 또는 진공 백에 0.3 bar 이하의 음압 p를 가함으로써 적층 배열물(1)을 탈기시키고,
(b3) 적층 배열물(1)을 0.3 bar 이하의 음압 p에서 70℃ 내지 115℃의 온도 T로 가열하고,
(b4) 8 min 이상의 기간 t 동안, 진공 링(5) 또는 진공 백에 0.3 bar 이하의 음압 p를 가함으로써 적층 배열물(1)을 탈기시키고,
(b5) 적층 배열물(1)을 70℃ 미만의 온도 T로 냉각시키고,
(b6) 진공 링(5) 또는 진공 백을 통기시켜 제거하고,
(c1) 적층 배열물(1)을 40℃ 내지 120℃의 온도 T로 가열하고,
(c2) 적층 배열물(1)을, 적층 배열물(1)의 전체 폭(b)에 걸쳐 제1 캘린더 유닛(16)의 적어도 2개의 대향 캘린더 롤러(6.1, 6.2) 사이에서 함께 프레싱하고,
여기서,
- 제1 캘린더 유닛(16)의 캘린더 롤러(6.1, 6.2)는 나머지 영역에서보다 에지 영역(7)에서 더 높은 접촉 압력으로 적층 배열물(1)을 함께 프레싱하거나, 후속 공정 단계 (c3)에서, 적층 배열물(1)의 에지 영역(7)을 제2 캘린더 유닛(18)의 적어도 2개의 추가의 대향 캘린더 롤러(8.1, 8.2) 사이에서 함께 프레싱하는 것이고, 또는,
- 제1 캘린더 유닛(16)의 캘린더 롤러(6.1, 6.2)는 나머지 영역에서보다 에지 영역(7)에서 더 높은 접촉 압력으로 적층 배열물(1)을 함께 프레싱하고, 후속 공정 단계 (c3)에서, 적층 배열물(1)의 에지 영역(7)을 제2 캘린더 유닛(18)의 적어도 2개의 추가의 대향 캘린더 롤러(8.1, 8.2) 사이에서 함께 프레싱하는 것인,

에지 영역(7)의 폭(r)이 적어도 1 cm, 또는 2 cm 내지 적층 배열물(1)의 폭(b)의 30%인,
복합 판유리를 오토클레이브 없이 라미네이팅하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
i) 필름의 중량을 기준으로 0.35 중량% 이상, 또는 0.4 중량% 이상의 물 함량을 갖는 폴리비닐 부티랄 필름,
ii) 실란-무함유 폴리비닐 부티랄 필름, 또는
상기 i)과 상기 ii) 둘 모두가 중간 층(3)으로서 이용되는 것인,
복합 판유리를 오토클레이브 없이 라미네이팅하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
폴리비닐 부티랄 (PVB)로 제조된 적어도 1개의 필름, 또는 서로 위아래로 배열된 교번적으로 상이한 가소성 또는 탄성을 갖는 폴리비닐 부티랄로 제조된 적어도 3개의 필름이, 중간 층(3)으로서 이용되는 것인,
복합 판유리를 오토클레이브 없이 라미네이팅하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
i) 유리, 편평 유리, 플로트 유리, 소다 석회 유리, 석영 유리, 또는 보로실리케이트 유리,
ii) 중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트,
iii) 그의 혼합물, 또는
iv) 상기 i) 내지 상기 iii)의 임의의 조합이,
기판 판유리(2)에, 커버 판유리(4)에, 또는 기판 판유리(2) 및 커버 판유리(4) 둘 모두에 이용되는 것인,
복합 판유리를 오토클레이브 없이 라미네이팅하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
적층 배열물(1)의 표면 상의 제1 캘린더 유닛(16)의 캘린더 롤러(6.1, 6.2)의 접촉 압력이 100 N 내지 1000 N, 또는 200 N 내지 950 N이거나, 적층 배열물(1)의 표면 상의 제2 캘린더 유닛(18)의 캘린더 롤러(8.1, 8.2)의 접촉 압력이 50 N 내지 1000 N, 또는 100 N 내지 700 N이고, 또는,

- 제2 가열 영역(13)에 또는 운반 방향(20)에서 제2 가열 영역(13) 다음에 배열되고, 적어도 2개의 대향 캘린더 롤러(6.1, 6.2)를 갖는, 공정 단계 c2)에서 적층 배열물(1)을 함께 프레싱하기 위한 제1 캘린더 유닛(16)을 포함하는 캘린더 롤러 시스템(17)을 포함하는,
