도 2 내지 도 5는 본 출원의 실시상태들에 따른 장식 부재의 적층 구조를 예시한 것이다.
도 6 내지 도 8은 본 출원의 실시상태들에 따른 장식 부재의 광흡수층의 상면 구조를 예시한 것이다.
도 9 내지 도 11은 광흡수층의 두께에 따라 색상 발현이 상이하게 나타나는 것을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 12 및 도 13은 실시예 1 내지 3 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 장식 부재의 구조 및 색상 관측 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 14 및 도 15는 각각 실시예 4 및 5와 비교예 2에서 제조한 장식 부재의 광흡수층의 구조를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (18)
- 광반사층; 및 상기 광반사층 상에 구비된 광흡수층을 포함하는 색발현층을 포함하고, 상기 광흡수층은 두께가 상이한 2 이상의 지점을 포함하고,
상기 광흡수층은 경사각도가 1도 내지 90도 범위 내인 제1 경사면을 갖는 제 1 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제1 경사면과 경사 각도가 상이한 경사면을 갖는 제2 영역을 포함하는 비대칭 구조의 패턴을 2 이상 포함하고, 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역에서의 광흡수층의 두께가 서로 상이하고,
상기 광흡수층의 두께는 5~500nm이고,
상기 광흡수층은 인듐(In), 티탄(Ti), 주석(Sn), 실리콘(Si), 게르마늄(Ge), 알루미늄(Al), 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 바나듐(V), 텅스텐(W), 탄탈(Ta), 몰리브덴(Mo), 네오디뮴(Nb), 철(Fe), 크롬(Cr), 코발트(Co), 금(Au) 및 은(Ag) 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 재료, 또는 이의 산화물, 질화물 또는 산질화물을 포함하는 단일층 또는 다층이고,
상기 광흡수층은 400nm에서 굴절율이 0 내지 8이고,
상기 광흡수층은 400nm에서 소멸계수가 0 초과 4 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 부재. - 삭제

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층은 두께가 점진적으로 변하는 영역을 하나 이상 포함하는 것인 장식 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층은 상면이 경사각도가 0도 초과 90도 이하인 경사면을 갖는 영역을 하나 이상 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 경사면을 갖는 영역은 광흡수층의 두께가 점진적으로 변하는 구조를 갖는 것인 장식 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층은 ΔE*ab>1의 이색성을 갖는 것인 장식 부재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층의 상면은 콘(cone) 형태의 돌출부 또는 홈부를 갖는 패턴, 최고점이 선 형태의 돌출부 또는 최저점이 선 형태의 홈부를 갖는 패턴, 또는 콘 형태의 상면이 잘려진 구조의 돌출부 또는 홈부를 갖는 패턴을 포함하는 것인 장식 부재.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 콘 형태의 돌출부 또는 홈부를 갖는 패턴은 상기 콘 형태의 패턴을 상면에서 관찰하였을 때, 콘의 꼭지점을 기준으로 360도 회전시 동일한 형태가 2개 이하 존재하는 것인 장식 부재.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 최고점이 선 형태의 돌출부 또는 최저점이 선 형태의 홈부를 갖는 패턴은 상면에서 관찰하였을 때, 무게중심점을 기준으로 360도 회전시 동일한 형태가 1개 밖에 존재하지 않는 것인 장식 부재.
