Description
도 1(b) 는, 본 발명에 의한 점착제 시트를 사용하는 가장 단순한 실시 형태의 일례를 나타내는 광학 부재 적층체의 단면도이다.
도 2 는, 본 발명의 점착제 시트에 사용되는 점착제층의 일 실시 형태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 3 은, 패턴화된 투명 도전성층이 형성된 구성에 도 2 에 나타내는 점착제층 (13) 이 적용된 실시 형태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 4 는, 제 2 광학 부재에 접촉하는 점착제층의 주면 상태를 나타내는 평면도이다.

Claims (18)
- 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체로서,
투명한 필름 기재와,
상기 투명한 필름 기재의 일방의 면에 제 1 투명 도전성층과,
상기 투명한 필름 기재의 타방의 면에 제 2 투명 도전성층과,
상기 제 1 투명 도전성층의 상기 투명한 필름 기재측과는 반대측의 면에 투명한 제 1 점착제층과,
상기 제 2 투명 도전성층의 상기 투명한 필름 기재측과는 반대측의 면에 투명한 제 2 점착제층
을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 점착제층은, 일방의 주면으로부터 두께 방향에 걸쳐서 투명한 점착제 베이스 재료에 의해 형성되는 베이스 점착제 구분과, 그 점착제층의 타방의 주면으로부터 두께 방향에 걸쳐서 형성된 투명한 점착성의 굴절률 조정용 구분을 포함하고, 상기 굴절률 조정용 구분은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 투명 도전성층과 접하고, 상기 점착제 베이스 재료의 굴절률보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 투명 도전성층이 패턴화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 투명 도전성층이 패턴화되고, 상기 제 2 투명 도전성층은 패턴화되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 점착제층의 상기 제 1 투명 도전성층측과는 반대측의 면에 커버 부재와, 상기 제 2 점착제층의 상기 제 2 투명 도전성층측과는 반대측의 면에 화상 표시 장치 또는 보호 필름을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명한 필름 기재는, 두께가 2 ㎛ ∼ 200 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 굴절률 조정용 구분은, 두께가 20 nm ∼ 600 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 굴절률 조정용 구분은, 상기 점착제 베이스 재료와 동일한 점착성 재료에, 그 점착성 재료보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 고굴절률 재료의 입자가 분산되어 그 굴절률 조정용 구분의 평균 굴절률을 높이도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 고굴절률 재료의 입자의 굴절률은 1.60 ∼ 2.74 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 고굴절률 재료는, TEM 관찰에 의한 평균 1 차 입자경이 3 nm ∼ 100 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 고굴절률 재료의 입자와 상기 점착제 베이스 재료의 굴절률의 차가 0.15 ∼ 1.34 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 고굴절률 재료는, TiO2, ZrO2, CeO2, Al2O3, BaTiO3, Nb2O5, 및 SnO2 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 또는 복수의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 굴절률 조정용 구분은, 상기 점착제 베이스 재료와 동일한 점착성 재료에 그 점착성 재료보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 입자, 폴리머 또는 올리고머의 형태의 유기 재료가 포함됨으로써 그 굴절률 조정용 구분의 평균 굴절률을 높이도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 점착제 베이스 재료의 굴절률은 1.40 ∼ 1.55 이며, 상기 유기 재료의 굴절률은 1.59 ∼ 2.04 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착제층의 전광선 투과율이 80 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 고굴절률 재료의 입자는, 복수의 입자가 응집한 응집체의 형태로 존재하는 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 굴절률 조정용 구분은, 상기 점착제층의 두께 방향으로, 불규칙한 깊이로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명한 필름 기재는, 상기 제 1 투명 도전성층과의 사이에 제 1 굴절률 조정층과, 상기 제 2 투명 도전성층과의 사이에 제 2 굴절률 조정층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 투명 도전성층의 굴절률 (n1) 과 상기 굴절률 조정용 구분의 굴절률 (n2) 과 상기 점착제 베이스 재료의 굴절률 (n3) 의 관계가, n1 > n2 > n3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 투명 도전성 필름 적층체.
