Abstract
(해결 수단) 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 (a1) 를 주성분으로 하는 수지 성분 (A) 100 중량부에 대해, 카본 블랙 (B) 0.01 ∼ 5 중량부와, 알칼리 토금속의 탄산염 및/또는 황산염 (C) 0.1 ∼ 20 중량부를 함유하여 이루어지는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. 카본 블랙을 함유하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물에, 알칼리 토금속의 탄산염 및/또는 황산염을 소정의 비율로 배합함으로써, 내트랙킹성, 나아가서는 내충격성도 개선할 수 있다.
Description
Claims (13)
- 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 (a1) 를 주성분으로 하는 수지 성분 (A) 100 중량부에 대해, 카본 블랙 (B) 0.01 ∼ 5 중량부와, 알칼리 토금속의 탄산염 및/또는 황산염 (C) 0.1 ∼ 20 중량부를 함유하여 이루어지고, 다음의 여러 성질을 구비하는것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물.
(a) IEC60112 규격에 준거하여 측정되는, 두께 3 ㎜ 에 있어서의 비교 트랙킹 지수 (CTI) 가 250 V 이상이다.
(b) ISO179 규격에 준거하여 측정되는, 23 ℃ 에 있어서의 노치가 형성된 샤르피 충격 강도가 7 kJ/㎡ 이상이다.
(c) UL94 규격에 준거하여 측정되는, 두께 0.75 ㎜ 에 있어서의 난연성이 V-0 이다.
(d) JIS Z-8722 규격에 준거하여 측정되는 L 값이 10 이하이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 토금속의 탄산염 및/또는 황산염 (C) 이 탄산칼슘 및/또는 황산바륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 성분 (A) 이 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 (a1) 와 스티렌계 수지 (a2) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 성분 (A) 이 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 (a1) 85 ∼ 100 중량% 와, 스티렌계 수지 (a2) 0 ∼ 15 중량% 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
추가로 인계 난연제 (D) 를 상기 수지 성분 (A) 100 중량부에 대해 1 ∼ 30 중량부 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
추가로 난연 보조제 (E) 를 상기 수지 성분 (A) 100 중량부에 대해 0.01 ∼ 3 중량부 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
추가로 엘라스토머 (F) 를 상기 수지 성분 (A) 100 중량부에 대해 1 ∼ 20 중량부 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 (a1) 가 중량 평균 분자량 500,000 이상의 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지를 0.1 ∼ 5 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 카본 블랙 (B) 이 평균 1 차 입자직경 5 ∼ 30 ㎚, DBP 흡유량 20 ∼ 60 ㎤/100 g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
태양광 발전 모듈용 접속 구조체에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정크션 박스.
