Claims (10)
- b) 5 내지 40 bar 범위의 압력 및 150 내지 300℃ 범위의 온도의 예비 반응기 내에서의, 카프로락탐, 아미노카프로니트릴, 아미노카프로산 또는 이의 혼합물을 함유할 수 있는, 단량체 베이스 단위를 기준으로 60% 이상의 폴리아미드 6 베이스 단위를 갖는 폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드의 추출로부터의 추출물 수용액의 단일 상 또는 2상 반응 단계 - 2상 반응의 경우에, 형성된 기체 상은 액체 상으로부터 제거가능함 -,c) -0.5 내지 +1 bar 만큼의 편차를 갖는 대기압까지 압력을 감소시키고 기체 상을 제거하면서 220 내지 300℃ 범위의 온도의 나선형 관 증발기를 통해 단계 b)로부터의 반응 혼합물을 방출하여 액체 상을 수득하는 단계,d) 기체 상을 제거하면서 240 내지 300℃ 범위의 온도 및 대기압 내지 2 bar 범위의 압력에서 단계 c)로부터의 액체 상을 더 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 단량체 베이스 단위를 기준으로 60% 이상의 폴리아미드 6 베이스 단위를 갖는 폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드의 농축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 농축이 연속적으로 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 반응이 VK (Vereinfacht Kontinuierlich, 단순화 연속) 관 내에서 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추출물 수용액이 단계 c)에서 90 중량% 초과까지 농축되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 이전에, 단량체 베이스 단위를 기준으로 60% 이상의 폴리아미드 6 베이스 단위를 갖는 폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드의 추출로부터의 수성 추출물의 예비 증발이 단계 a)에서 수행되어, 농도를 60 내지 80 중량%의 범위까지 농축하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 d) 이후에, 단량체 베이스 단위를 기준으로 60% 이상의 폴리아미드 6 베이스 단위를 갖는 폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드가 단계 e)에서 과립화되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 운반 기체가 첨가되는 것인 방법.
