Claims (12)
- 화학식 I의 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 환형 실록산을 포함하는 혼합물.화학식 IRXSiO(4-X)/2위의 화학식 I에서,x는 1, 2 또는 3이고,치환체 R은(i) -CH2-SH, -CH2-S-(CO)-R', , , -CH2-CN, -CH2-NCO, , , -CH2-NH-(CO)-NH2, -CH2-(0-C2H4)a-OH, -CH2-(O-C2H4)b-OR', -(CH2)-NH2, -(CH2)-NHR', -(CH2)-NR'2, -(CH2)-NH(CH2)2-NH2, -(CH2)-N[(CH2)2-NH2]2 및 -(CH2)-NH(CH2)2-NH(CH2)2-NH2로부터 선택되는 유기관능성 그룹;(ii) 하이드록실, 메톡시, 에톡시, 2-메톡시에톡시, 이소프로폭시, n-프로폭시, 이소부톡시 또는 n-부톡시 그룹; 또는(iii) 탄소수가 1 내지 18인 알킬, 알케닐, 이소알킬, 사이클로알킬 또는 플루오로알킬 그룹, 또는 탄소수가 6 내지 12인 아릴 그룹이고,a는 1 내지 10이고, b는 1 내지 40이고, R'는 탄소수가 1 내지 18인 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 환형 알킬 그룹이고,단, 규소 원자당 하나 이하의 유기관능성 그룹(i)이 부착되고, 규소에 대한 잔기(ii)의 몰비는 1 내지 2이고, 화학식 I의 화합물의 올리고머화도는 2 내지 50의 범위이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 알콕시 그룹의 함량이 0.001중량% 내지 60중량%임을 특징으로 하는, 실록산 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 치환체 R이(i) 1-아미노메틸, N-(2-아미노에틸)-1-아미노메틸, N,N-디(2-아미노에틸)-1-아미노메틸, N-[N'-(2-아미노에틸)-2-아미노에틸)]-1-아미노메틸, N-메틸-1-아미노메틸, N-(n-부틸)-1-아미노메틸, N-사이클로헥실-1-아미노메틸, 우레이도메틸 또는 N-페닐-l-아미노메틸 그룹,(ii) 하이드록실, 메톡시, 에톡시, 2-메톡시에톡시, 프로폭시 또는 부톡시 그룹, 및(iii) 메틸, 에틸, 비닐, 프로필, 이소부틸, 옥틸, 헥사데실, 모노플루오로알킬, 올리고플루오로알킬, 퍼플루오로알킬 또는 페닐 그룹중에서 선택되는, 실록산 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 혼합물의 비점이 200℃를 초과함을 특징으로 하는, 실록산 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 혼합물의 인화점이 100℃를 초과함을 특징으로 하는 직쇄, 측쇄 및 환형 실록산 올리고머 혼합물.
- 성분 A로서 하나 이상의 1-유기메틸-관능성 트리알콕시실란 또는 하나의 1-유기메틸-관능성 메틸디알콕시실란을 사용하고, 성분 B로서 탄소수가 1 내지 18인 하나 이상의 알킬-, 알케닐-, 이소알킬-, 사이클로알킬- 또는 플루오로알킬-트리알콕시실란, 또는 페닐트리알콕시실란, 또는 탄소수가 1 내지 18인 알킬-, 알케닐-, 이소알킬-, 사이클로알킬- 또는 플루오로알킬-메틸디알콕시실란, 또는 페닐메틸디알콕시실란을 사용하고, 성분 C로서 테트라알콕시실란을 사용하고,성분 A, 성분 B, 및 성분 C를 연속하여 또는 혼합물로서, Si 1 몰당 0.5 내지 1.8몰의 물, 및 사용된 알콕시실란을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 10배의 중량의, 성분(ii)의 알콕시 그룹에 상응하는 하나 이상의 알코올을 사용하여 10 내지 95℃에서 표적화된 가수분해 및 축합시킨 후,대기압 또는 감압하에 120℃ 이하의 액상 온도에서 증류하여, 반응 과정중에 도입된 알코올 및 방출된 알코올을 생성 혼합물로부터 제거하는, 표적화된 가수분해 및 공축합에 의한 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 실록산 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성분 A, B 및 C가 A:B:C의 몰 비율로서 1:0:0 내지 1:10:0 또는 1:0:0 내지 1:0:10, 또는 1:0:0 내지 1:10:10으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용매, 희석제, 또는 용매와 희석제 모두로서 사용된 알코올에 상응하는 메톡시 또는 에톡시 그룹을 갖는 알콕시실란이 사용되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 및 축합이 대기압하에 60 내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 생성 혼합물의 증류 후처리가 50 내지 120℃ 범위의 온도에서 대기압 또는 감압하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 증류 후처리 후 수득된 생성물이 사용된 성분 A, B 및 C를 5중량% 미만 함유하고, 유리 알코올을 5중량% 미만 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접착제 및 밀봉제 중의 접착 촉진제, 잉크 및 페인트 중의 결합제 또는 충전된 열가소성 화합물 중의 접착 촉진제로서 사용되거나, 또는 유기 수지의 개질 및 가교결합을 위해, 유리 섬유를 피복하기 위해, 광물성, 유기 및 금속성 표면의 처리를 위해, 표면을 발수성으로 만들기 위해, 분말 물질의 표면 개질을 위해, 충전제 및 안료의 실란화를 위해, 또는 발포 밀봉제를 생산하기 위해 사용되는 실록산 혼합물.
