Claims (6)
- 구두부를 포함하여 이루어지는 금속재질의 볼스터드; 상기 볼스터드의 구두부가 삽입 결합되어 회전가능하게 내장되는 합성수지 재질의 볼시트 ;상기 볼시트와, 상기 볼시트로부터 노출된 상기 볼스터드의 구두부를 감싸면서 사출성형되는 합성수지 재질의 하우징 ; 을 포함하여 이루어지는 인서트 몰딩 형식의 볼조인트에 있어서 :상기 볼시트의 상단은 상기 볼스터드의 구두부의 중심을 지나는 가상의 제1수평면보다 높게 위치되며 ;상기 하우징은 상기 볼스터드의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 상기 볼시트의 상단으로부터 연장되는 구두부 지지부가 형성되며 ;상기 볼스터드의 구두부에 의하여 밀폐되는 구조를 가지도록 상기 볼시트의 내측면에 볼시트용 그리스 홈이 형성되며 ;상기 하우징 중 상기 볼스터드의 구두부와 접하는 부위를 따라 상하 방향으로 하우징용 그리스 홈이 형성되는 것 ;을 특징으로 하는 인서트 몰딩 형식의 볼조인트.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징이 형성된 제1하우징 몸체와, 상기 하우징이 형성된 제2하우징 몸체와, 일단이 상기 제1하우징 몸체에 인서트 몰딩 형식으로 내장되며 타단이 상기 제2하우징 몸체에 인서트 몰딩 형식으로 내장되는 연결 바를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트 몰딩 형식의 볼조인트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제1하우징 몸체 및 상기 제2하우징 몸체와의 결합력을 높이기 위하여 상기 연결 바의 양단 표면 각각에 널링부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트 몰딩 형식의 볼조인트.
