Claims (9)
- a) 고형분 분율을 기준으로 30 내지 80 중량%의 히드록실 작용성 막 형성 수지(L);b) 고형분 분율을 기준으로 10 내지 60 중량%의, 열 처리시 보호기를 제거하여 이소시아네이트 작용기를 방출하는 유리 및/또는 보호된 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 코팅 경화제(H);c) 고형분 분율을 기준으로 0.05 내지 40 중량%의, 표면에 이소시아네이트 반응성 작용기를 가지며, 상기 반응성 작용기의 50% 이상이 막 형성 수지(L)의 히드록실기의 60% 이상보다 이소시아네이트에 대해 더 큰 반응성을 갖는 입자(P); 및d) 전체 코팅 제제(B)를 기준으로 0 내지 90 중량%의 용매 또는 용매 혼합물을 포함하는 코팅 제제(B).
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자(P)는 탄소 결합된 아민 작용기 또는 티올 작용기를 갖는 것인 코팅 제제(B).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,입자(P)는 고형분 분율을 기준으로 0.1 내지 30 중량%이고, 1 이상의 용매는 전체 코팅 제제(B)를 기준으로 20 내지 70 중량%이며, 고형분 분율을 기준으로 0 내지 40 중량%의 1 이상의 추가의 코팅 경화제(H1)를 함유하는 것인 코팅 제제(B).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 입자(P)는 금속 원자, 규소 원자 및 산소 원자에서 선택된 원자 또는 실리콘 수지로 구성되고 유리 히드록실 작용기를 갖는 입자(P1)를 하기 화학식 I 및 II에서 선택되는 유기 실란(A)과 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 것인 코팅 제제(B):화학식 I화학식 II상기 화학식들에서,R1은 수소, 또는 각각의 경우 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 6 개이며, 탄소쇄에 비인접 산소, 황 또는 NR3기가 개재할 수 있는 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼을 나타내고,R2는 각각의 경우 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 12 개이며, 탄소쇄에 비인접 산소, 황 또는 NR3기가 개재할 수 있는 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 아릴알킬 라디칼을 나타내며,R4는 수소, 또는 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 10 개인 알킬 라디칼을 나타내고,A는 탄소 원자 수가 1 내지 10 개이며, 임의로 산소, 황 또는 NR3기가 개재할 수 있는 2가의 임의로 치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼을 나타내며,X는 히드록실 또는 티올 작용기, 화학식 NHR7의 기, NH 작용기를 함유하는 복소환 고리 또는 에폭시드 고리를 나타내고,Y는 Si-Y 결합의 개열 후에 히드록실 또는 티올 작용기 또는 화학식 NHR7의 기를 나타내는 유기 작용기를 나타내며,R3, R7은 수소, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 아릴알킬, 아미노알킬 또는 아스파르테이트 에스테르 라디칼을 나타내고,n은 0, 1 또는 2에서 선택할 수 있고,m은 0, 1 또는 2에서 선택할 수 있으며,q는 0 또는 1에서 선택할 수 있다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 입자(P1)의 평균 직경은 1 nm 내지 100 ㎛인 것인 코팅 제제(B).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 입자(P)는 콜로이드 산화규소 또는 금속 산화물로 구성된 입자(P1)로부터 출발하여 제조하는 것인 코팅 제제(B).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 입자(P)는 발연 실리카로 구성된 입자(P1)로부터 출발하여 제조하는 것인 코팅 제제(B).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 막 형성 수지(L)는 히드록실 함유 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에스테르로 구성되는 것인 코팅 제제(B).
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 코팅 제제(B)를 코팅 재료로서 사용하는 방법.
