Description
Claims (10)
- 서로 교차하는 다수의 게이트 라인들 및 데이터 라인들에 의해 정의된 다수의 화소영역들을 포함하는 기판;상기 화소영역에 형성된 보조용량 커패시터의 일단자에 보조전압을 공급하기 위한 보조전압전송라인;공통전극을 통해 상기 화소영역에 공통전압을 공급하기 위한 공통전압전송라인;상기 공통전압전송라인을 교차하여 상기 보조전압전송라인과 접속되는 검사라인;상기 검사라인의 상측에 위치한 시일재를 포함하며; 그리고,상기 검사라인과 상기 공통전압전송라인이 교차하는 영역에서의 공통전압전송라인 부분이 일부 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조전압전송라인은,상기 기판의 일측 가장자리에 위치한 제 1 보조라인;상기 기판의 타측 가장자리에 위치한 제 2 보조라인; 및,상기 제 1 보조라인과 제 2 보조라인간을 연결하는 다수의 제 3 보조라인들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 보조라인과 상기 검사라인이 서로 동일한 물질로 이루어지며;상기 제 2 보조라인, 제 3 보조라인들, 및 공통전압전송라인이 서로 동일한 물질로 이루어지며; 그리고,상기 제 1 보조라인과 제 2 보조라인이 서로 다른 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 보조라인 및 검사라인이 상기 데이터 라인과 동일한 물질로 이루어지며; 그리고,상기 제 2 보조라인, 제 3 보조라인들, 및 공통전압전송라인이 상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 화소영역마다 형성되고, 상기 공통전극과 마주보는 화소전극; 및,상기 검사라인과 어느 하나의 제 3 보조라인간을 연결하는 콘택전극을 더 포함하며, 상기 콘택전극이 상기 화소전극과 동일한 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공통전압전송라인의 제거된 부분의 폭이 상기 시일재의 폭보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 서로 교차하는 다수의 게이트 라인들 및 데이터 라인들에 의해 정의된 다수의 화소영역들을 포함하는 기판;상기 화소영역에 형성된 보조용량 커패시터의 일단자에 보조전압을 공급하기 위해, 상기 기판에 형성된 보조전압전송라인;공통전극을 통해 상기 화소영역에 공통전압을 공급하기 위한 공통전압전송라인;상기 공통전압전송라인을 교차하여 상기 보조전압전송라인과 접속되는 검사라인;상기 공통전압전송라인과 상기 보조전압전송라인간이 교차하는 영역에서 상기 공통전압전송라인이 단선되어 있으며, 이 단선된 부분을 연결하는 콘택전극;상기 콘택전극의 상측에 위치한 시일재를 포함하며; 그리고,상기 콘택전극과 상기 검사라인이 교차하는 영역에서의 검사라인 부분이 일부 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 보조전압전송라인은,상기 기판의 일측 가장자리에 위치한 제 1 보조라인;상기 기판의 타측 가장자리에 위치한 제 2 보조라인; 및,상기 제 1 보조라인과 제 2 보조라인간을 연결하는 다수의 제 3 보조라인들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 보조라인, 검사라인, 제 3 보조라인들, 및 공통전압전송라인이 서로 동일한 물질로 이루어지며;상기 제 1 보조라인과 제 2 보조라인이 서로 다른 물질로 이루어지며; 그리고,상기 화소영역에 형성된 화소전극과 상기 콘택전극이 서로 동일한 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 보조라인, 제 3 보조라인들, 검사라인, 및 공통전압전송라인이 상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 물질로 이루어지며; 그리고,상기 제 1 보조라인이 상기 데이터 라인과 동일한 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
