Claims (6)
- 직렬로 접속된 2개 이상의 반응 대역을 갖는 반응 장치에 페놀 및 아세톤을 연속적으로 공급하여 비스페놀 A를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,산 점의 15 내지 50%가 황 함유 질소 화합물로 부분적으로 중화된 산성 양이온 교환 수지를 촉매로서 사용하고, 메탄올 농도가 3,000ppm 이하인 아세톤을 상기 반응 장치의 2개 이상의 반응 대역에 분할하여 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는,비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,페놀/전체 아세톤의 몰비가 6 내지 13인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,황 함유 질소 화합물이 피리딘알칸티올, 피리딜알칸티오아세탈, 아미노알칸티올 및 티아졸리딘으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반응 온도가 60 내지 100℃인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 반응 대역에 전체 공급 아세톤의 30 내지 50%를 공급하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각 반응 대역에서의 액체 시공간속도(liquid hourly space velocity)(LHSV)가 0.2 내지 30hr-1인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
