Claims (6)
- 처리하고자 하는 배기가스가 인입되어지는 인입관(10)과 상기 인입관(10)의 내부에서 분사장치에 의하여 1차 처리되어진 가스가 인입구를 통하여 탈황탑로 인입되면 패킹층을 통과하게 되고 상기 패킹층에는 그 상측에서 분사노즐에 의하여 분사되는 분사액에 의하여 기액접촉면적을 크게 하여 2차 처리하게 되고, 탈황탑에서 처리되어진 가스를 이온화하여 완전한 처리를 위하여는 집진관의 내부를 통과할 경우에 집진관의 내부에 설치된 전극봉에 의하여 이온화되면서 집진관의 내벽에 집진되어지는 것에 있어서, 상기 패킹층을 갖는 탈황탑의 면적이 정전집진부보다 상대적으로 작은 면적으로 이루어져 패킹층으로 진입되는 가스의 유속을 빠르게 하고, 상기 탈황탑의 패킹층의 상측에서 분사토록 되는 스프레이층은 면적이 작아진 탈황탑에 의하여 상대적인 분사량이 단위면적당 많아지게 하며, 상기 패킹층의 상측으로 형성되는 정전집진부는 탈황탑과 연결되는 부분에서 형성된 경사면에 의하여 확관이 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 습식전기이오나이져.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스가 인입되어지는 인입관에는 상측에서 하측으로 분사토록 되는 상측스프레이와 이와 대응되게 하측에서 상측으로 분사토록 되는 하측스프레이로 구성되고, 상기 상측스프레이와 하측스프레이는 분사액이 서로 충돌하는 위치에 설치되어지며, 상기 하측스프레이의 후단에는 축관부를 형성하여 인입관의 입구로 유입된 배기가스가 인입관의 입구와 축관부의 사이에서 어느 정도 머물게 됨을 특징으로 하는 습식전기이오나이져.
