Claims (9)
- 박편상의 산화알루미늄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,ⅰ) 출발물질로서 알루미나 수화물 또는 알루미늄염을 분쇄한 다음 5~50㎛ 크기의 입자를 분급하여 출발물질을 전처리하는 단계;ⅱ) 전처리한 출발물질을 가열하여 열처리하는 전이 알루미나 제조 단계;ⅲ) 전이 알루미나에 용융염으로 탄산칼슘(CaCO3), 염화나트륨(NaCl), 탄산칼륨(KCO3), 황산칼륨(K2SO4), 황산나트륨(Na2SO4)중에서 1종 또는 2종 이상을 선택하고, 첨가제로 LiF2, AlF3, NaF, P2(SO4)3, NaPF6, K2TiF6중에서 1종 또는 2종 이상을 선택하여 이를 혼합한 다음 이 혼합물을 분산 및 분쇄하는 단계;ⅳ) 분산 및 분쇄한 혼합물을 마이크로파 가열원을 이용하여 박편상의 산화알루미늄을 용융 합성하는 단계;ⅴ)상기에서 합성이 완료된 산화알루미늄으로부터 용융염 및 첨가제를 석출하는 단계;ⅵ) 석출 회수된 박편상 산화 알루미늄 결정 입자 표면에 부착된 첨가제의 잔량과 같은 이물질을 제거하는 후처리 단계;를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 박편상의 산화알루미늄 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 ⅰ)단계에서 알루미나 수화물은 수산화알루미늄(Al(OH)3)을 사용하고, 그리고 알루미늄염은 황산알루미늄(Al2(SO4)3·4~18H2O), 질산알루미늄(Al(NO3)3·9H2O) 또는 초산 알루미늄 (Al(CHCOO)3OH) 중에서 1종을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 박편상의 산화알루미늄 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 ⅱ)단계에서 가열조건은 상온~250℃까지는 500~900℃/hr이며, 250~400℃까지는 150~400℃/hr이며, 400~900℃까지는 300~600℃/hr이며, 그리고 700~900℃에서는 60~180분간 유지한 다음 서서히 자연냉각시켜 전이 알루미나를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 박편상의 산화알루미늄 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ)단계에서 혼합물은 전이 알루미나 1몰(mol)에 용융염 3~10몰(mol)과 첨가제로써 결정 성장제 0.2~0.5몰(mol)을 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 박편상의 산화알루미늄 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ)단계에서 혼합물은 전이 알루미나 1몰(mol)에 용융염 3~10몰(mol), 결정성장 첨가제 0.2~0.5몰(mol)과 그리고 주석화합물 0.005~0.025몰(mol)을 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 박편상의 산화알루미늄 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 주석 화합물은 SnSO4, SnI2, SnF4, SnF2, SnO 중에서 1종을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 박편상의 산화알루미늄 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 ⅳ)단계에서 혼합물의 가열은 상온~700℃까지는 420~900℃/hr이며, 701~950℃까지는 180~360℃/hr이며, 951~1,250℃까지는 60~120℃/hr이며, 그리고 1,100~1,250℃에서는 60~180분 유지를 한 다음 서서히 상온까지 자연냉각시켜 용융 합성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 박편상의 산화알루미늄 제조방법.
