Claims (10)
- 세륨 및 IVB족 금속의 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 고형 산 촉매와 큐멘 하이드로퍼옥사이드를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 큐멘 하이드로퍼옥사이드로부터 페놀 및 아세톤을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,IVB족 금속이 지르코늄인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고형 산 촉매를 400℃ 이상의 온도에서 IVB족 금속 산화물의 공급원 및 세륨 산화물의 공급원을 포함하는 촉매 전구체를 하소시켜 제조하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,온도가 500℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,온도가 600 내지 700℃인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,촉매 전구체를 세륨 및 IVB족 금속 이온을 함유하는 액체 혼합물로부터 9 미만의 pH에서 침전시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,pH가 3 내지 8인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,고형 산 촉매가 또한 주기율표의 IB족, VIIB족 또는 VIII족에서 선택된 금속을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,접촉 단계를 20 내지 150℃의 온도 및 대기압 내지 6.89MPa(1000psig)의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,접촉 단계를 40 내지 120℃의 온도 및 대기압 내지 2.76MPa(400psig)의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
