Description
Claims (14)
- 탄소와 수소를 주성분으로 하는 비정질 경질 탄소막으로서, 막중에 금속 산화물 및 금속 탄화물을 함유하며, 상기 금속 탄화물을 상기 금속 산화물보다 많이 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 경질 탄소막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은, Si, Ti, B 및 W 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 원소의 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 경질 탄소막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 막중의 산소의 함유량이 약 0.1 ∼ 10 원자% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 경질 탄소막.
- 슬라이딩 부분을 가지는 기계부품 (10,12,30,42) 으로서, 그 슬라이딩 부분이, 탄소와 수소를 주성분으로 하고 금속 산화물 및 금속 탄화물을 함유하며 상기 금속 탄화물을 상기 금속 산화물보다 많이 함유하는 비정질 경질 탄소막 (12) 으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은, Si, Ti, B 및 W 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 원소의 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 경질 탄소막 (12) 이 비커스 경도로 1800 ∼2500 의 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 경질 탄소막 (12) 의 두께가 2 ∼ 15 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 경질 탄소막 (12) 이 비커스 경도로 1800 ∼ 2500 의 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 경질 탄소막 (12) 의 두께가 2 ∼ 15 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품이 피스톤 링 (42) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품이 압축기 베인 (20) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품이 연료분사펌프의 플런저 (30) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
- 비정질 경질 탄소막의 제조방법으로서, 탄소원료, 금속함유원료 및 산소를, 기재 (10) 를 설치한 진공실 (1,41) 내에 도입하여, 금속 산화물 및 금속 탄화물을 함유하며 상기 금속 탄화물을 상기 금속 산화물보다 많이 함유하는 비정질 경질 탄소막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 경질 탄소막의 제조방법.
- 비정질 경질 탄소막의 제조방법으로서, 탄소원료, 금속함유원료 및 산소함유원료를, 기재 (10) 를 설치한 진공실 (1,41) 내에 도입하여, 금속 산화물 및 금속 탄화물을 함유하며 상기 금속 탄화물을 상기 금속 산화물보다 많이 함유하는 비정질 경질 탄소막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 경질 탄소막의 제조방법.
