Claims (4)
- 표면층이 내부와는 다른 사이알론사응로 이루어진 사이알론 복합체에 있어서, 상기 표면층이 β-사이알론상 또는 α-β복삽 사이알론상이고 상기 내부가 α-사이알론상인 사이알론 복합체
- β-사잉라론 형성할 수 있는 조성의Si6-zAIzOzN8-z(Z는 각 성분의 용해도가 허용되는 범위에서 변화됨) 분말로 성형된 압분체체를, α-사이알론 형성할 수 있는 조성의 MPSi12-(m+n)OnN16-n(p,m,n는 각 성분의 용해도가 허용되는 범위에서 변화됨)분말에 넣고 액상소결할 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 열처리한 후에,액상 소결하는 것으로 이루어지는, β-사이알론의 표면개질 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 β-사이알론을 형성할 수 있는 분말 또는 α-사이알론을 형성할 수 있는 부말이 소결조제를 함유하는 방법.
- α-사이알론을 형설할 수 있는 조성의 MPSi12-(m+n)Al(m+n)OnN16-n(p, m n는 각 성분의 용해도가 허용되는 범위에서 변화됨) 분말로 형성된 압분체를, β-사이랄론을 형성 할 수 있는 조성의 Si6-ZAlZOZN8-Z(z는 각 성분의 용해도가 허용되는 범위에서 변화됨) 분말속에 넣고 액상소결할 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 열처리한 후에, 액상소결하는 것으로 이루어지는, α-사이알론의 표면개질 방법.
