Claims (6)
- 複数の切れ刃を有する工具を用いて被加工物を加工する加工プログラムを生成する加工プログラム生成装置において、
前記工具の部位毎の有効刃数に基づいて設定した前記工具の領域毎に加工条件を記憶する記憶部と、
前記被加工物及び前記工具の刃部の形状と工具経路とから、加工時に前記被加工物と接触する前記工具の領域を演算する接触領域演算部と、
前記接触領域演算部で演算した前記被加工物と接触する前記工具の領域に対応して、前記記憶部に記憶されている加工条件、及び前記工具経路に基づいて加工プログラムを生成する加工プログラム生成部と、
を備えることを特徴とした加工プログラム生成装置。 - 前記加工条件は、前記工具と前記被加工物との相対的な送り速度である請求項1に記載の加工プログラム生成装置。
- 前記加工条件は、前記工具と前記被加工物との相対的な送り速度及び前記工具の回転速度の組合せである請求項1に記載の加工プログラム生成装置。
- 前記工具と前記被加工物とが干渉しない範囲で、前記送り速度が速くなる前記工具の領域が前記被加工物と接触するように前記工具と前記被加工物との相対的な姿勢を変える工具姿勢変更部を備える請求項2に記載の加工プログラム装置。
- 前記記憶部は、前記工具の領域を前記工具の回転軸線に対する角度の範囲として記憶する請求項1に記載の加工プログラム生成装置。
- 複数の切れ刃を有する工具を用いて被加工物を加工する加工方法において、
前記工具の部位毎の有効刃数に基づいて設定した前記工具の領域毎に加工条件を定め、
前記被加工物と接触する前記工具の領域に応じた加工条件を用いて前記被加工物を加工することを特徴とした加工方法。
