Claims (1)
挿通されかつ先端部にバスケツトを有する進退自
在の可撓性の筒体と、該筒体が挿通される螺旋状
の中空体と、該中空体の先端部の対称点にそれぞ
れ一端が固着されかつ該中空体内を該中空体の他
端まで延長している一対の制御ワイヤとを有し、
該ワイヤの一方を緩めると同時に他方を引張つて
前記ドリル及びバスケツトを有する先端部の方向
を制御しながら前記ドリル及びバスケツトを進退
し、前記バスケツトにて捕獲した胆石を前記ドリ
ルを回転して粉砕する胆石除去ドリルにおいて、
前記回転軸、筒体及び中空体の他端がハンドピー
スに装着されており、該ハンドピースに前記回転
軸を回転するための電源電池及びモータが内蔵さ
れ、かつ、該ハンドピースに前記筒体を進退させ
るための操作レバー、及び、前記ワイヤ対を制御
するための制御つまみを有することを特徴とする
