示しない駆動源に連結されて使用される。3はバ
スケツト、4は該バスケツト3を先端部に有する
可撓性の筒体で、該筒体4内に前記回転軸2が挿
通されている。5はリボン状の薄板を螺旋状に巻
いた中空体で、該中空体5は外側が樹脂等で水密
に被覆されて水又は生理食塩水等が供給されるよ
うに構成されており、かつ中空体5の中には前記
回転軸2と筒体4の同軸構成体が同軸的に挿通さ
れている。また、該中空体5内には一対の制御ワ
イヤ6,7が挿通され、各ワイヤ6,7の先端部
は前記中空体5の先端部において対称位置に固着
されている。8は前記筒体4を進退させるための
操作レバーで、該操作レバー8を矢印A方向に引
くと、バスケツト3が矢印A′方向に引かれると
ともに、該バスケツト3が閉じて胆管内に挿通し
やすくなり、B方向に押すと、バスケツト3も
B′方向に動き該バスケツト3は図示のように開
状態となる。また、前記一対の制御ワイヤ6,7
は例えば制御つまみ9の端部に設けられたピニオ
ン9a及びフツク9b,9cによつて相互に逆の
方向に移動されるように構成されており、制御つ
まみ9が矢印C方向に回転した時に一方の制御ワ
イヤ6が引つ張られると同時に他方の制御ワイヤ
が緩められて該中空体5の先端部が矢印C′方向に
曲げられ、逆に、制御つまみ9を矢印D方向に回
転した時に今度は制御ワイヤ7が引つ張られると
ともに制御ワイヤ6が緩められて該中空体5の先
端部が矢印D′方向に曲げられるようになつてお
り、これによつて、ドリル1、バスケツト3等の
方向を制御しながらこれらを胆管内に挿入してい
く。斯様にしてバスケツト3を縮退した状態にし
て該バスケツト3及びドリル1を例えば胆管内に
挿入し、先端部が胆石に当つた時に操作レバー8
をB方向に押すとバスケツト3のみが更に前方に
進むと同時に該バスケツト3が開き、該バスケツ
ト3内に胆石を衛え込む。ここで、ドリル1を回
転するとともに操作レバー8を矢印A方向に引く
と、前述のごとくしてバスケツト3に衛え込まれ
た胆石はドリル1に当り、該ドリル1によつて粉
砕される。しかしながら、上記従来の胆石除去ド
リルは、ドリル1を回転するための駆動源を別体
として有し、使用時、該駆動源に前記回転軸2を
接続して使用しなければならず、装置全体が複雑

スに装着されており、該ハンドピースに前記回転
軸を回転するための電源電池及びモータが内蔵さ
れ、かつ、該ハンドピースに前記筒体を進退させ
るための操作レバー、及び、前記ワイヤ対を制御
するための制御つまみを有することを特徴とする
