第１図は、従来の射出成形機における型締機構の油圧回
路の説明図であり、第２図は本考案に係る射出成形機に
おける型締機構の一実施例を示す油圧回路の説明図であ
る。 １６：型締シリンダ、１８：大容量ポンプ、２０：小容
量ポンプ、５２：メインバルブ、５０．　５４゜５６：
油路、５８：メイン油路、６８：パイロットバルブ、７
０：保圧油路、７２：分岐点、７４：パイロット油路、

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ブースクラム方式の型締シリンダに接続された大小二つ
    の容量のポンプを用いて、該大容量ポンプにより高速型
    開閉を行なわしめる一方、該小容量ポンプにより型閉め
    後の保圧を行なうようにした射出成形機の型締機構にし
    て、 該大容量ポンプから吐出される圧油をメインバルブを介
    して前記型締シリンダに導くメイン油路を設けると共に
    、該小容量ポンプから吐出される圧油をパイロットバル
    ブを介して前記メイン油路の前記メインバルブよりも下
    流側の部分に導く保圧油路を設ける一方、該保圧油路の
    前記パイロットバルブよりも下流側の部分において分岐
    せしめたパイロット油路を切換バルブを介して前記メイ
    ンバルブに接続して、該パイロット油路を通じて前記小
    容量ポンプよりの油圧をパイロット圧として該切換バル
    ブによる制御の下に該メインバルブの切換制御を行なう
    ようにしたことを特徴とする射出成形機における型締機
    構。
