(57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to reliably ground an assembled housing of a switchboard and reduce costs. A projection is provided on one side of a member of an assembling type housing, and an opening slightly smaller than the projection is provided on the other side. By combining the opening and the projection, an insulator on a surface of the member can be peeled off, thereby enabling electrical conduction. . Also, by making the opening slightly smaller than the projection, it is possible to eliminate the need to remove the insulator from the member before the assembling operation. According to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate the need to remove insulators from members before assembling the housing of the switchboard and to connect each member of the housing to the ground bus. In addition, even for pillars that are difficult to attach by themselves even from the viewpoint of assembly work, the protrusion is first inserted into the opening, and positioning and temporary fixing can be easily performed by one person, which has the effect of improving workability. .

2. Description of the Related Art The housing of a switchboard of a substation facility must be covered with a grounded metal according to standards. Therefore, the members of the housing are usually welded and painted from above, and the unpainted point is connected to a conductor called a ground bus to connect to the ground. In the case of an assembly type housing, there is a method in which members are fastened and bolts, washers, etc. rub against the housing at the time of fastening, thereby stripping paint, which is an insulating material, and expecting electrical conduction between the members. . A well-known example of such a technique is Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-37212.

In the above prior art,
In the case of the welding frame, the housing itself is large and complicated, so automatic painting was not possible and workers were painting manually,
There were problems in workability and cost. Also, when moving the housing, a crane, a lift, or the like must be used, and there is a problem in workability. On the other hand, in the case of the assembly type housing, each member is reduced in size and the painting, transportation and workability are good, but when viewed from the grounding surface, it is expected that the painting will come off due to the rubbing of bolts and washers at the time of fastening. There was no certainty. Also, there is a method in which a part of the joint surface of each member is peeled off, but in that case, there is a problem that a part of the member has to be masked at the time of member painting, which increases the number of work steps. .

A circuit breaker room 3 and a conductor room 4 are formed in the switchboard 1 via a partition plate 2 provided in the switchboard 1, and an intermediate plate 5 provided on the switchboard room 3 side of the partition plate 2. Circuit breaker room 3
Are divided into an upper circuit breaker room 3a and a lower circuit breaker room 3b, and a disconnecting portion 6 is provided on the partition plate 2 of each circuit breaker room 3, and a terminal of the circuit breaker 7 is provided on the disconnecting portion 6 side of the circuit breaker room 3. Is connected.
The other terminal of the circuit breaker 7 is connected to the bus 10 via another disconnection part.
Connected to. In the partition plate 2 in the lower circuit breaker room 3b,
An inspection cover 13 for inspecting the condition of the bus bar room is provided.
The terminal 11 of the load cable 8 is connected to the disconnection section 6 via the current transformer 9 on the conductor chamber 4 side. The load cable 8 requires an insulating member surrounding portion 12 to insulate the terminal 11 from the outer cover of the load cable and the ground layer. FIG.
In accordance with the standard, ceiling 23, floor 21, pillar 22
It is necessary to electrically connect all of the members to the grounding bus provided in the panel and to ground them. However, it is difficult to reliably ground the joints painted with an insulating material during assembly.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, a projection 22a is provided on the pillar 22 and openings 21a and 23a are provided on the ceiling 23 and the floor 21 slightly smaller than the pillar projection 22a. And the openings 21a and 23a are rubbed, and the coating, which is an insulator on the surface of each member, is peeled off, and the entire housing of the switchboard can be reliably grounded.

FIG. 4 is an alternative to FIG. In FIG. 3, a projection 22 a is provided on a pillar 22, and a ceiling 23 and a floor 2 are provided.
1, openings 21a and 23 slightly smaller than the pillar projections 22a.
a, and the protrusion 21a and the opening 2
Although 1a and 23a were rubbed, the coating which was an insulator on the surface of each member was peeled off, and all the cabinets of the switchboard were securely grounded.
In FIG. 4, a part of the surface of the pillar portion 22 joined to the floor portion 21 or the top portion 23 is bent toward the floor portion 21 or the ceiling portion 23, and the bent portion 22 b of the pillar portion is formed by fastening pressure at the time of assembly. The edge can be grounded by peeling off the paint which is an insulator between the edge itself and the floor 21. With such a configuration, only one of the members is processed, so that the openings 21a and 23a in FIG. 3 become unnecessary, and the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced.

FIG. 5 is an alternative to FIG. In FIG. 3, a projection 22 a is provided on a pillar 22, and a ceiling 23 and a floor 2 are provided.
1 has openings 21a, 2 slightly smaller than the column projections 22a.
3a, the projection 21a and the opening 2 are formed by the fastening pressure during assembly.
1a and 23a were rubbed, the coating which was an insulator on the surface of each member was peeled off, and all the cabinets of the switchboard were securely grounded. However, in FIG. A floor opening 21c, a pillar opening 22c,
By providing the ceiling opening 23c, a rhombic opening 24 having a fixed size is always obtained at the time of assembling, and is line-symmetric between the pillar 22 and the floor 21 or the pillar 22 and the top 23 after fastening with bolts or the like. Floor opening 21c, pillar opening 22
c, When the ceiling opening 23c is assembled, the screw is slightly larger than the opening in the diamond-shaped opening 24 always having a fixed size.
By penetrating while cutting the tap, it is possible to peel off the coating which is an insulating material and to take the ground. With such a configuration, the pillar 22 and the floor 21 or the pillar 22
Even if the position of the ceiling 23 and the ceiling 23 are slightly displaced, by providing openings that are line-symmetrical in the pillar, floor, and top, it is possible to always provide a rhombic opening of a fixed size during assembly. At the time of assembly, since a rhombic opening 24 having a constant size is always obtained, the screw can be tightened with a constant force.
