Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の方向における第1の制動レートと第2の反対方向における第2 のより大きい制動レートを有する二レート線形ダンパにおいて、 a)第1の内のり寸法と長さ方向中心線のある内周辺壁を有する円筒形ハ ウジングと、 b)前記第1の内のり寸法より小さい第2の外のり寸法を有するピストン ロッドと、 c)各々が前記第1の内のり寸法をわずかに超え、軸方向寸法よりかなり 大きい第3の半径方向寸法を有するとともに、前記円筒形ハウジングの前記内周 辺壁に係合する横表面部分を有する一連のエラストマ円板要素と、 d)前記ピストンロッドが前記第2の方向に動くとき、前記円板要素の後 尾側に置かれ、前記第2の外のり寸法を超えるが前記第1の内のり寸法より小さ い第4の半径方向寸法を有する各円板要素に対する裏当て板とを備え、 e)前記ピストンロッドが前記第1の方向に動いているとき、各エラスト マ円板要素が柔軟性を大きくでき、前記ロッドが前記第1の方向に動いている間 、前記円板要素の前記横方向表面部分に前記中心線の方へ内向きに撓むことを可 能にする逃がし手段を備え、 それによって前記裏当て板は、前記ピストンロッドが前記第2の方向に動いてい るとき、前記円板要素を有効に堅くして、前記横方向表面部分と前記内周辺壁の 間の接触面積を大きくし、従って制動のレベルを高めることを特徴とする二レー ト線形ダンパ。 2.前記複数の円板要素の間に固定間隔を保つ手段をさらに備える請求項 1に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 3.前記固定間隔を保つ手段が各円板要素と一体に形成された金属スリー ブを備え、前記スリーブが前記ピストンロッドを取り巻いている請求項2に記載 の二レート線形ダンパ。 4.各前記裏当て板が1対のエラストマ円板要素の間に直列に積み重ねら れた金属座金を備える請求項3に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 5.前記逃がし手段が各前記円板に第1の面に第2の反対面を通して伸び ることなく形成された1本以上の溝を備える請求項1に記載の二レート線形ダン パ。 6.前記逃がし手段が前記エラストマ円板に形成されたテーパ付きフラン ジを備え、前記テーパ付きフランジは、前記円板要素の前記横方向表面部分に前 記ピストンロッドが前記第1の方向に動いているとき、前記中心線の方へ内向き に撓むことを可能にする請求項1に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 7.前記ハウジング内にハウジングの末端に隣接して形成されたオリフィ スをさらに備える請求項1に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 8.補助レベルの空気制動を変える調節式弁手段をさらに備える請求項7 に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 9.前記一連のエラストマ円板が互いに対して離間関係に保たれた少なく とも3枚のエラストマ円板を備える請求項1に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 10.前記シリーズ内の各エラストマ円板が前記円筒形ハウジング内に挿入 されるとき10%と20%の間の範囲にある量だけ予圧縮される請求項1に記載 の二レート線形ダンパ。 11.各エラストマ円板がさらに好ましくは約15%の量だけ予圧縮される 請求項10に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 12.前記第2の制動レートが前記第1の方向における前記第1の方向の運 動に抗する前記第1の制動レートによって作られた第1の対応する力の5倍と1 0倍の間の前記第2の方向の運動に抗する第2の力を与える請求項10に記載の 二レート線形ダンパ。 13.前記ダンパが前記第1の力の約7倍である第2の力を与えるのが最も 好ましい請求項12に記載の二レート線形ダンパ。 14.前記第1の方向が前記ハウジングに対して前記ピストンロッドの伸び る方向であり、前記第2の方向が収縮する方向である請求項1に記載の二レート 線形ダンパ。 15.内周辺を有する外側円筒部材と、外周辺を有する内側円筒部材と、前 記内側円筒部材の前記外周辺の少なくとも一部分を囲み前記外側円筒部材の前記 内周辺の少なくとも一部分に係合する第1のばね部材を備えるロック手段と、前 記第1のばね部材に荷重を加え前記第1のばねに半径方向の膨らみ受けさせ、そ れによって前記内側と外側円筒部材の間の運動に対する前記第1のばね部材によ って加えられる抵抗力を大きくする第2のばね部材と、前記第2のばね部材を第 1の膨れ発生位置から前記抵抗力が著しく減らされる第2の不作動位置へ動かす 作動器とを備える調節式ロッカブルストラットにおいて、 前記作動器が a)前記第1及び第2のばねを通って伸びる第1のロッドと、 b)前記第1のロッドと共軸の短尺の第2のロッド部分と、 c)前記第2のロッド部分を前記第1のロッドに対して第1の非係合位置 にバイアスを加える第3のばねと、 d)前記第3のばねの前記バイアスに打ち勝たせ、前記第2のロッド部分 を前記第1のロッドの端と係合させ、前記第1のばねをアンロードし、前記第1 のロッドを前記第2のばねのバイアス力に抗して変位させることを可能にして前 記抵抗力を著しく小さくする手動可能な横に伸びるレバーと を備えることを特徴とする調節式ロッカブルストラット。 16.前記第3のばねがエラストマばねからなる請求項15に記載の調節式 ロッカブルストラット。
