Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 比較的破け難いフィルムによる包装であって
も、タックラベルを剥がすことにより容易にフィルムを
開封できるフィルム包装の開封構造を提供する。 【解決手段】 フィルム包装のフィルム１の表面に熱切
により破切線２を刻設する。切り込み３を破切線２に連
接して設ける。破切線２と切り込み３を覆うようにフィ
ルム１にタックラベル４を貼付する。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する分野】本発明は、表面にタックシールが
貼付されたフィルムにより商品を包装したフィルム包装
の開封構造に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】商品をシュリンクフィルムで包装したフ
ィルム包装を開封する手段としては、実公平１−３４２
１５号の公告公報に示された「包装体のタックラベル貼
替え防止構造」がある。これはフィルムの一部に予め破
切線を刻設しておき、その部分にバーコードなどのタッ
クラベルを貼付しておくことにより、このタックラベル
を剥がすとフィルムの破切線付近がタックラベルに付着
して、フィルム包装がこの破切線を起点として容易に破
れるようにしたものである。特に、この開封構造は即席
カップ麺の包装に使用されたものが良く知られており、
そのシュリンクフィルムとしては破きやすいポリ塩化ビ
ニル系のフィルムが使用さている。ところが、上記した
ポリ塩化ビニル系の樹脂の中には焼却処理などで有害物
質を発生するものがあり、このため環境保護の面からは
例えばポリエチレン系のフィルムを使用することが望ま
しい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、上記し
たようなポリエチレン系のフィルムは非常に延びやすい
性質を持っており、上記した開封構造を備えた場合であ
っても、このフィルムによる包装を開封しようとしても
予め刻設されたこの破切線部分は伸びるだけで、ここを
起点として容易に破くことはできない場合があるという
問題点があった。特に上記した即席カップ麺の容器など
のように非常に薄いフィルムを使用した場合とは異な
り、半導体ウェハの包装容器のように比較的厚い材質の
フィルムを使用した包装では、このポリエチレン系フィ
ルムを破切線部分を起点として破くことは困難である。
本発明は、上記問題に鑑みてなされたもので、比較的破
け難いフィルムによる包装であっても、タックラベルを
剥がすことにより容易にフィルムを開封できるフィルム
包装の開封構造を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】このため本発明では、商
品包装フィルムの表面にタックラベルが貼付された包装
体のタックラベル貼付部分に破切線を刻設し、前記タッ
クラベルの剥離の際に、フィルムの一部が前記タックラ
ベルに付着して破切線を起点として破切されるようにし
たフィルム包装の開封構造において、前記破切線の一部
に連設した少なくとも１つの切り込みを設けるようにし
たものである。
【０００５】また、前記破切線に近接して少なくとも１
つの切り込みを設けるようにしたものである。
【０００６】
【発明の実施の形態】延びやすくて破け難いポリエチレ
ン系などのシュリンクフィルムによりフィルム包装した
場合、従来の開封構造では容易に開封できなかったもの
を、切り込みをさらに設けて、この切り込みを起点とし
て容易に開封できるようにしたものである。また、切り
込みを設けることにより、輸送作業などによるフィルム
の緊縮でこの切り込みを起点として破けてしまうことを
防止するために、切り込み周辺のフィルムはタックラベ
ルに貼付した状態で保持されていなくてはならない。タ
ックラベルを剥がすことにより、この剥がす方向には破
れても反対方向においてはフィルムが伸びて破け難いこ
とから、タックラベルを剥がす方向と反対方向にこの切
り込みを設けることにより、破切線を起点として双方向
に引き裂いて開封できる。
【０００７】尚、この切り込みは切り開き易くするため
に細く鋭利な形状の方が望ましい。ところが、従来の熱
切による破切線では治具を当てた部分の周囲が溶けて、
この細く鋭利な形状の加工はしにくいため、この切り込
みは熱切を使用せず鋭利な治具により刻設する方が好適
である。

【実施例】以下、本発明の各実施例を図面に基づいて説
明する。 実施例１ 図１は実施例１の開封構造を示す平面図、図２は実施例
１の開封構造によるフィルム包装の開封方法を示す部分
斜視図である。
【０００９】図１および図２（ａ）に示すように、実施
例１の開封構造においては、フィルム包装のフィルム１
の表面に熱切により刻設された破切線２と、この破切線
２に連接した切り込み３と、これらを覆うようにフィル
ム１に貼付されたタックラべル４から構成されている。
破切線２はＵの字形に刻設され、切り込み３はこのＵの
字形の下端位置に設けられ、鋭利な治具（図示せず）を
使用して刻設されている。
【００１０】図２（ａ）に示すように、先ずタックラベ
ル４をその未接着部分４１を持って引き上げてフィルム
１から剥離させる。この際、図２（ｂ）に示すように、
従来技術の開封構造と同様に破切線２の内側部分２１が
タックラベル４に貼り付いた状態のまま起き上がるた
め、底に空間２２ができる。
【００１１】図２（ｃ）に示すように、空間２２に両手
の指を入れて広げることにより、フィルム１は切り込み
３から引き裂かれ容易に開封される。
【００１２】実施例２ 図３は実施例２の開封構造を示す部分平面図である。図
３に示すように、実施例２の開封構造においては、２本
の切り込み３１ａ、３１ｂが、フィルム１に刻設された
Ｕの字形の破切線２ａの下端部に略平行に連接して刻設
されている。これにより、切り込み３１ａと切り込み３
１ｂの間にはタグ部分３１ｃが形成され、これを摘んで
引くことにより容易に引き裂くことができる。
【００１３】実施例３ 図４は実施例３の開封構造を示す部分平面図、図５は実
施例３に関連する他の実施例の開封構造を示す部分平面
図である。フィルム包装をより開封しやすくするために
は、本発明に係る切り込みは長い方が望ましいが、タッ
クラベルの大きさによる制限と、運搬中に破けることを
防止するために、実施例３の開封構造においては、切り
込みを破線状にしてその強度を保てるようにしたもので
ある。すなわち、本実施例では図４に示すように短い切
り込み３２ａを破切線２ｂに連接して設け、この延長線
上に複数の切り込み３２ｂ、３２ｃを破線状に設けたも
のである。タックラベル４を貼付する際、短い切り込み
３２ｂ、３２ｃの近接する部分のフィルム１はフィルム
包装内方向に垂れ下がることなく貼付される。
【００１４】フィルムの材質や厚さなどによっては、破
切線に連接した切り込みを設けなくても、図５に示すよ
うに切り込み３３を破切線２ｃに近接して設けることに
より同様の効果を得られる。これにより、切り込み３３
付近の強度を保つことができ、運搬中などにおいて不用
意に破けることを防止できる。
【００１５】実施例４ 図６は実施例４の開封構造を示す部分平面図である。図
６に示すように、実施例４の開封構造においては、切り
込み３４を十文字状に設けたものである。これによると
フィルム１を多方向に破くことができるため、作業の効
率化およびフィルムの性質に対する柔軟性を高めること
ができる。
【００１６】実施例５ 図７は実施例５の開封構造を示す部分平面図である。上
記実施例１〜４においては、破切線を略Ｕ字状に形成し
ていたが、これに限られるものではなく、切り込みが破
切線に連接または近接して設けられていればよい。した
がって、例えば図７に示すようにＶ字状の破切線２ｄを
設けても同様の効果を得られる。

【発明の効果】本発明では以上のように構成したので、
ポリエチレン系のフィルムなどのように比較的破け難い
フィルムによる商品等の包装であっても、タックラベル
を剥がすことにより露出する切り込みを起点として容易
にフィルムを開封できるという優れた効果がある。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 商品包装フィルムの表面にタックラベル
    が貼付された包装体のタックラベル貼付部分に破切線を
    刻設し、前記タックラベルの剥離の際に、フィルムの一
    部が前記タックラベルに付着して破切線を起点として破
    切されるようにしたフィルム包装の開封構造において、
    前記破切線の一部に連設した少なくとも１つの切り込み
    を設けたことを特徴とするフィルム包装の開封構造。
  2. 【請求項２】 商品包装フィルムの表面にタックラベル
    が貼付された包装体のタックラベル貼付部分に破切線を
    刻設し、前記タックラベルの剥離の際に、フィルムの一
    部が前記タックラベルに付着して破切線を起点として破
    切されるようにしたフィルム包装の開封構造において、
    前記破切線に近接して少なくとも１つの切り込みを設け
    たことを特徴とするフィルム包装の開封構造。
  3. 【請求項３】 切り込みが、熱切を使用せず鋭利な治具
    により刻設されることを特徴とする請求項１または２記
    載のフィルム包装の開封構造。
  4. 【請求項４】 破切線を略Ｕの字状に刻設し、切り込み
    を該略Ｕの字の下端方向に刻設したことを特徴とする請
    求項１または２記載のフィルム包装の開封構造。
  5. 【請求項５】 複数の切り込みがフィルムを破く、方向
    へ向かって破線状に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項
    ２記載のフィルム包装の開封構造。
