Description
(技術分野)
本発明は、後記特定のチオクト酸系化合物を配
合してなる養毛化粧料に関する。更に詳しくは、
毛母細胞を賦活し、育毛効果及び養毛効果、脱毛
予防、ふけ防止等の効果の優れた養毛化粧料に関
する。
(従来技術)
従来より、種々の毛母細胞賦活作用または血行
促進作用を有する成分を配合してなる養毛化粧料
が提案されている。また、近年では養毛化粧料の
適用と共にブラシ(パツテイングブラシ)を併用
して頭皮の血行をマツサージまたはパツテイング
により促進することが普及し、目的とする養毛効
果が得られることが知られている。
しかし、積極的に育毛効果または養毛効果を期
待する程度に優れた養毛化粧料を得ることは困難
であつた。
(発明の開示)
そこで本発明者は、毛母細胞を賦活する成分に
関して鋭意研究した結果、後記特定のチオクト酸
系化合物は、育毛効果(マウス毛成長促進効果、
ヒト頭髪毛成長促進効果)、養毛、脱毛予防、ふ
け防止等の効果に優れた特性を示し、更に、血行
促進作用を有する成分を添加配合することによつ
て、育毛効果、養毛効果等に著効を呈することを
見出して本発明を完成するに至つた。
(発明の目的)
即ち、本発明の目的は、育毛効果(マウス毛成
長促進効果、ヒト頭髪毛成長促進効果)、養毛、
脱毛予防、ふけ防止等の効果に優れた養毛化粧料
を提供することである。
(発明の構成)
本発明は、下記の一般式で表わされる化合物
(以下、便宜上、チオクト酸系化合物という)の
少なくとも一つを配合してなる養毛化粧料であ
る。
一般式
(式中で、Rは−OH基、−OM基、−NH2基、−
OCoH2o+1基、または−OCoH2o-1基である。但
し、Mはアルカリ金属またはアルカノールアミ
ン、塩基性アミノ酸から誘導されるカチオンであ
る。)
(構成の具体的な説明)
本発明における前記一般式で表わされるチオク
ト酸系化合物としては、例えばチオクト酸、チオ
クト酸アミド、チオクト酸ナトリウム、チオクト
酸カリウム、チオクト酸メチル、チオクト酸エチ
ル、チオクト酸オクチル、チオクト酸イソオクチ
ル、チオクト酸ヘキサデシル、チオクト酸ステア
リル、チオクト酸イソステアリル、チオクト酸オ
レイル、チオクト酸モノエタノールアミン、チオ
クト酸トリエタノールアミン、チオクト酸L−ア
ルギニン、チオクト酸L−リジン等が挙げられ
る。
本発明の養毛化粧料中に配合せる上記チオクト
酸系化合物は、頭皮の毛母細胞を賦活して優れた
養毛効果、脱毛予防効果を発現し、更には、頭皮
代謝機能を正常化してふけ防止効果を高め得る。
特に男性型脱毛症に適用して著効を呈することが
できる。
前記チオクト酸系化合物の配合量は、養毛化粧
料の総量を基準として0.05〜2.0重量%(以下、
wt%と略記する)である。0.05wt%未満では本
発明の目的とする効果が充分でなく、一方、
2.0wt%を超えてもその増加分に見合つた効果の
向上は望めないものである。
また、本発明の養毛化粧料には、前述のごとく
血行促進作用を有する成分を上記必須成分と添加
配合することがより好ましい。血行促進物質とし
ては、例えば、センブリエキス、ニンジンエキ
ス、霊芝エキス、ビタミンEニコチネート、ニコ
チン酸ベンジル等が適用される。
上記の成分のうち、天然物の抽出物であるセン
ブリエキス、ニンジンエキス、霊芝エキスの製造
法に関しては特定されるものではないが、各々の
製造方法の概要を以下に記載する。
〔センブリエキスの製造法〕
センブリ(Swertia Japonica Makino)の開
花期全草の乾燥粉砕物をエタノール或いは含水エ
タノール中で温浸し、ろ別して得られた抽出液で
ある。実施例には、下記の方法で得られた抽出液
を利用した。
センブリ細砕物50gを含水エタノール(エタノ
ール90wt%)250mlに温度40〜50℃で温浸してろ
別した後、再び残渣を同様に温浸することを数回
くり返し、抽出液1.5を得た。これを減圧濃縮
した残留物に精製水を100ml加え、1週間熟成し
た後、不溶部をろ別して得た抽出液を減圧濃縮
し、次いでエタノールを加えて抽出液のエタノー
ル含有量が40wt%になるように調整し、100mlの
センブリエキスを得た。
〔ニンジンエキスの製造法〕
オタネニンジン(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)
の5〜6年根乾燥細砕物をエタノール或いは含水
エタノール中に冷浸し、ろ別して得られた抽出液
である。実施例には下記の方法でえられた抽出液
を利用した。
オタネニンジン細砕物50gを含水エタノール
(エタノール90wt%)200mlに1週間冷浸し、ろ
別して得られた抽出液のエタノールを留去し、精
製水を加えて抽出液のエタノール含有量が50wt
%になるように調整し、更にこれを7〜10週間冷
所で熟成した後、ろ別して100mlのニンジンエキ
スを得た。
〔霊芝エキスの製造法〕
霊芝(Ganoderma Lucidum)の乾燥細砕物を
エタノール或いは含水エタノールに温浸し、ろ別
して得られた抽出液である。実施例には下記の方
法で得られた抽出液を使用した。
霊芝の乾燥粉末50gを200mlの含水エタノール
(エタノール90wt%)に3日間50℃で温浸し、ろ
別して得られた抽出液を減圧濃縮し、得られた残
留物に精製水を加えてエタノール濃度を50wt%
とし、ろ別して霊芝エキス100mlを得た。これら
の血行促進作用を有する成分を本発明の養毛化粧
料に配合する量は、各々の成分の作用効果あるい
は該養毛化粧料の剤型等により適宜調整されるも
のであるが、一例を示すと通常第1表に示す配合
量が好適である。尚、配合量は養毛化粧料の総量
を基準とした。

毛剤、抗酸化剤等を本発明の目的を達成する範囲
内で適宜配合することができる。
(実施例)
以下、実施例及び比較例に基づいて本発明を詳
説する。
尚、マウス毛成長促進効果試験、ヒト頭髪毛成
長促進効果試験及び実用試験を下記に示す。
(1) マウス毛成長促進効果試験
ddY系白色マウス(雄・6週齢・平均体重35
g)の尾部よりの背部皮膚を電気バリカンで刈
つた後、脱毛クリームにより完全に除毛し、翌
日より実施例及び比較例の各試料を被験部皮膚
に毎日朝夕2回、一匹当り0.1ml塗布した。一
試料に対して動物は一群10匹使用した。
育毛効果の判定は、下表に示す判定基準によ
る肉眼判定の評価点と、毛長、毛重量を対照群
と比較することにより行つた。
実験開始後15日目に動物を屠殺し判定基準に
より肉眼判定し、その評価点を合計し、一匹当
りの平均評価点を求めた。さらに、被験部の皮
膚を切除し、直径12mmのパンチで一定面積の皮
膚を打ち抜き乾燥した後、毛の重量を測定し、
その中の20本の毛の長さについても測定し、

つを配合してなる本発明のヘアークリームは明
