Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも85重量%の4,4'−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートま たはその液状変性体を含有したポリイソシアネートを、2.5〜6の平均呼称ヒ ドロキシル官能価、1000〜3000の数平均ヒドロキシル当量、および25 〜50重量%未満の平均オキシエチレン含量を有する、少なくとも1種のポリ( オキシエチレン−オキシアルキレン)ポリオールを含んだポリオール組成物およ び水と反応させることによる、軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造法。 2. 前記ポリ(オキシエチレン−オキシアルキレン)ポリオールがポリ(オ キシエチレン−オキシプロピレン)ポリオールである、請求の範囲第1項に記載 の製造法。 3. 前記ポリオール組成物が2.5〜3の平均呼称ヒドロキシル官能価を有 する、請求の範囲第1項および第2項に記載の製造法。 4. 前記ポリイソシアネートが、少なくとも90重量%の4,4'−ジフェニ ルメタンジイソシアネートまたはその液状変性体を含有する、請求の範囲第1〜 3項に記載の製造法。 5. 前記ポリイソシアネートが、少なくとも95重量%の4,4'−ジフェニ ルメタンジイソシアネートまたはその液状変性体を含有する、請求の範囲第1〜 4項に記載の製造法。 6. 前記ポリオール組成物が、 (a) 2〜6の平均呼称ヒドロキシル官能価、1000〜3000の数平 均ヒドロキシル当量、および25〜50重量%未満の平均オキシエチレン含量を 有する、オキシエチレン残基を含有した50〜100重量%のポリオキシアルキ レンポリオール、および (b) 2〜6の、好ましくは2〜3の平均呼称ヒドロキシル官能価、10 00〜3000の数平均ヒドロキシル当量、および25重量%未満または50重 量%以上の平均オキシエチレン含量を有する、50〜0重量%の1種以上の他の ポリオール を含む、請求の範囲第1〜5項に記載の製造法。 7. 触媒有効量の、アルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属とカルボン酸と の塩が使用される、請求の範囲第1〜6項に記載の製造法。 8. 前記ポリオール組成物が、40〜50重量%未満のエチレンオキシド含 量を有する、請求の範囲第1〜7項に記載の製造法。 9. 発泡剤が水だけである、請求の範囲第1〜8項に記載の製造法。 10. (i) 少なくとも85重量%の4,4'−ジフェニルメタンジイソシア ネートまたはその液状変性体を含有したポリイソシアネート; (ii) 2.5〜6の平均呼称ヒドロキシル官能価、1000〜3000の 数平均ヒドロキシル当量、および25〜50重量%未満の平均オキシエチレン含 量を有する、少なくとも1種のポリ(オキシエチレン−オキシアルキレン)ポリ オールを含んだポリオール組成物; (iii) 水を含む発泡剤;および必要に応じて (iv) 軟質フォームを製造するのに使用される1種以上の添加剤; を含む反応系。 11. 少なくとも85重量%の4,4'−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートま たはその液状変性体を含有したポリイソシアネートの過剰量と、2.5〜6の平 均呼称ヒドロキシル官能価、1000〜3000の数平均ヒドロキシル当量、お よび25〜50重量%未満の平均オキシエチレン含量を有する、少なくとも1種 のポリ(オキシエチレン−オキシアルキレン)ポリオールを含んだポリオール組 成物とを反応させることによって得られる反応生成物である、5〜30重量%の NCO値を有するプレポリマー。
