In the present invention, a plurality of ridges 2, 2 ... Are provided in parallel on the surface of the substrate 1 formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and the fitting grooves 3, 3 ... Are formed between the adjacent ridges 2. Since a plurality of decorative blocks 4, 4 formed in the shape of a rectangular plate are attached to each fitting groove 3 in a line along the ridge 2, a plurality of decorative blocks 4, 4 are attached to the substrate 1. Can be mounted side by side vertically and horizontally, and by mounting this substrate 1 on a wall surface, a plurality of decorative blocks 4 can be mounted on the wall surface without the need to stretch the decorative blocks 4 one by one with cement mortar or the like. Can be stretched. Further, one fitting groove 3 of the adjacent fitting grooves 3 is formed as an extension portion 5a from one side end of the substrate 1 to a length approximately half of the length parallel to the protrusion 2 of the decorative block 4. At the same time as projecting, the other fitting groove 3 is projected from the other side end of the substrate 1 as an extension portion 5b with a length approximately half of the length parallel to the protrusion 2 of the decorative block 4, and each fitting is performed. Since the entire length of the groove 3 parallel to the ridge 2 is formed to be an integral multiple of the length of the decorative block 4 parallel to the ridge 2, the decorative block 4 is formed in the adjacent fitting groove 3. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments. Substrate 1 has a basic performance required for an outer wall such as fireproofing, waterproofing, strength, drainage, and frost damage, such as a cement board, and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, as shown in FIG. On the surface of the substrate 1, a plurality of ridges 2, 2 ... Are provided in parallel over the entire length at a predetermined interval, and adjacent ridges are provided.
The fitting groove 3 is formed so as to extend over the entire length of the substrate 1 between the 2 and 2. Also, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.
In one fitting groove 3 portion of the adjacent fitting grooves 3, 3, an extension portion 5a is formed at one side end in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 1 so as to project laterally. An extension portion 5b is formed at the other side end of the substrate 1 in the longitudinal direction in the portion of the other fitting groove 3 of 3, 3 so as to project laterally. An engaging recess 8a is formed on the side of the one extension 5a so that the other extension 5b can be engaged without a gap, and on the side of the other extension 5b, one extension 5a is formed. An engagement recess 8b that can be engaged without a gap is formed. On the other hand, the decorative block 4 is formed into a rectangular (rectangular) plate shape by slicing natural or artificial stone material, for example, and its surface is provided with, for example, stone-patterned irregularities. The protruding dimensions of the extension portions 5a and 5b are set to be approximately half of the longitudinal dimension of the decorative block 4, and the total length of the fitting grooves 3 of the board 1 in the longitudinal direction is the decorative block. 4 is set to be an integer multiple of the lengthwise dimension. Then, a plurality of decorative blocks 4, 4 ... Are attached to the surface of the substrate 1 as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. It is possible to obtain the wall material A that is arranged vertically and horizontally and attached. The decorative blocks 4, 4, ... Can be fixed to the substrate 1 by, for example, adhering them with an adhesive. Here, since the total length of the fitting grooves 3, 3 ... in the longitudinal direction is set to be approximately an integral multiple of the dimension of the decorative block 4 in the longitudinal direction, it is attached to the end of the fitting groove 3. The decorative block 4 can be arranged so that the edge of the decorative block 4 and the edge of the fitting groove 3 are substantially aligned with each other, and the adjacent fitting grooves 3 and 3 have their extended portions 5a. , 5b are projected in opposite directions to each other, the decorative blocks 4, 4 ... Attached to the adjacent fitting grooves 3, 3 are displaced by a half pitch in the direction along the ridge 2. It is possible to attach the makeup blocks 4, 4 so that they are arranged in a so-called staggered manner. In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the decorative block 4 having the same thickness as the protruding height of the ridge 2 is used, and the surface of the decorative block 4 and the tip end surface of the ridge 2 are flush with each other. . Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, a decorative block 4 having a thickness dimension larger than the protruding height of the ridge 2 is used so that the decorative block 4 protrudes from the ridge 2. Of course, it is also possible to use a decorative block 4 whose thickness dimension is smaller than the protruding height of the ridge 2 so that the surface of the decorative block 4 is concave than the ridge 2. Furthermore, as the decorative blocks 4, those having different thicknesses may be used in combination. Then, by mounting the wall material A created as described above on the wall foundation such as the studs on the wall surface of the house by nailing or the like, the decorative blocks 4 are stretched one by one on the wall surface using cement mortar or the like. This eliminates the need for a skilled worker such as a tile craftsman for construction. Further, by attaching one wall material A, a plurality of decorative blocks 4, 4, ... Can be attached to the wall surface at the same time, so that the labor of construction can be reduced. When connecting the wall material A in its longitudinal direction (mainly in the left-right lateral direction of the wall surface), as shown in FIG.
Adjacent wall materials A are arranged such that the extension portion 5a of the one wall material A and the extension portion 5b of the other wall material A are staggered, and the extension portion 5a is provided in the engaging recess 8b and the extension portion 5b. Can be carried out by inserting and engaging with the engaging recesses 8a. When connecting the wall material A in this way, the extension 5
When a and 5b are engaged with each other, the seams of the adjacent wall materials A and the joint lines between the adjacent decorative blocks 4 coincide with each other in a state where the decorative blocks 4 are displaced by a half pitch in the adjacent fitting grooves 3. Therefore, the seam of the wall material A can be hidden by the joint line between the decorative blocks 4 to make it inconspicuous. By providing a packing 9 made of a soft material or the like on the end surface of the substrate 1 as shown by the diagonal lines in FIG. 6, the waterproofness of the joint of the wall material A can be enhanced.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of ridges are provided in parallel on the surface of a substrate formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and a fitting groove is formed between adjacent ridges to form a rectangular plate shape. Since a plurality of decorative blocks are attached to each fitting groove along the protrusions, it is possible to attach a plurality of decorative blocks to the board side by side, and by mounting this board on the wall surface. It is possible to put multiple decorative blocks on the wall without the need to put one decorative block on each one with cement mortar, etc., and does not require a skilled worker such as a tile craftsman for construction. As well, it requires less construction labor.
In addition, one of the fitting grooves adjacent to each other is made to protrude from one side end of the substrate as an extension portion with a length approximately half of the length parallel to the protruding strips of the decorative block, and at the other end. The fitting groove portion is projected from the other side end of the board as an extension portion with a length approximately half of the length parallel to the projecting strip of the decorative block, and the entire length of the fitting block parallel to the projecting strip is made up. Since it is formed to be approximately an integral multiple of the length parallel to the ridge, the decorative blocks can be attached in a so-called staggered arrangement with a half pitch offset along the ridge in adjacent fitting grooves. , When connecting the wall material formed by attaching the decorative block to the substrate and engaging the extension parts with each other, the seam of the wall material and the joint line between the adjacent decorative blocks are aligned, and the wall material The seams can be made inconspicuous.
