Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(A)1.1〜1.5の相対粘度を有する4,4,−イソプロピリデンジフ ェノールの芳香族ポリカーボネート10〜90重量%;(B)100モル%ジカ ルボン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、テレフタル酸及び1.4−シクロヘ キサンジメタノールからの繰り返し単位から本質的になり、0.4〜1.2d1 /gのインヘレント粘度を有するポリ(1,4−シクロヘキシレンジメチレンテ レフタレート)樹脂90〜10重量%;並びに (C)100モル%ジカルボン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、(1)1〜 50モル%のイソフタル酸及び50〜99モル%のテレフタル酸からの繰り返し 単位から本質的になるジカルボン酸成分、及び (2)1.4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールからの繰り返し単位から本質的にな るジオール成分 からなるコポリエステル10〜90重量%;(但し、(A)、(B)及び(C) の一緒にした重量は合計で100%とする) を含んでなる熱可塑性成形用組成物。 2.(A)1.1〜1.5の相対粘度を有する4,4′−イソプロピリデンジフ ェノールの芳香族ポリカーボネート10〜90重量%;(B)100モル%ジカ ルボン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、テレフタル酸及び1.4−シクロヘ キサンジメタノールからの繰り返し単位から本質的になり、0.4〜1.2dI /gのインヘレント粘度を有するポリ(1.4−シクロヘキシレンジメチレンテ レフタレート)樹脂90〜lO重量%; (C)l00モル%ジカルボン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、(1)1〜 50モル%のイソフタル酸及び50〜99モル%のテレフタル酸からの繰り返し 単位から本質的になるジカルボン酸成分、及び (2)1.4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールからの繰り返し単位から本質的にな るジオール成分 からなるコポリエステル10〜90重量%;並びに(D)(A)、(B)及び( C)の共重合反応生成物0.05〜50重量%; (但じ、(A)、(B)、(C)及び(D)の一緒にした重量は合計で100% とする) を含んでなる熱可塑性成形用組成物。 3.組成物の全重量基準で、芳香族ポリカーボネート、即ち成分(A)が25〜 75重量%の量で存在し、ポリ(1.4−シクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタ レート)樹脂、即ち成分・(B)が75〜25承量%の量で存在し、そしてコポ リエステル、即ち成分(C)が25〜75重量%の量で存在する、請求の範囲第 1項記載の組成物。 4.ポリ(1,4−シクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタレート)樹脂、即ち成 分(B)が0.55〜0.85dI/gのインヘレント粘度を有する、請求の範 囲第1項記載の組成物。 5.コポリエステル、即ち成分(C)が0.4〜1.2dl/gのインヘレント 粘度を有する、請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 6.コポリエステル、即ち成分(C)がG.55〜0.85dI/gのインヘレ ント粘度を有する、請求の範囲第5項記載の租成物。 7.コポリエステル、即ち成分(C)が、100モル%ジカルボン酸及び100 モル%ジオール基準で、1〜25モル%のイソフタル酸及び75〜99モル%の テレフタル酸及び100モル%の1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールからの繰 り返し単位を含む、請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 8.活性エステル化触媒の存在下に、 (A)1.1〜1.5の相対粘度を有する4,4′−イソプロピリデンジフェノ ールの芳香族ポリカーボネート10〜90重量%;(B)100モル%ジカルボ ン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、テレフタル酸及びL4−シクロヘキサン ジメタノールからの操り返し単位から本質的になり、0.4〜1,2dl/gの インヘレント粘度を有するポリ(1,4−シクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタ レート)樹脂90〜10重量%;並びに (C)100モル%ジカルボン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、(1)1〜 50モル%のイソフタル酸及び50〜99モル%のテレフタル酸からの繰り返し 単位から本質的になるジカルボン酸成分、及び (2)1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノ−ルからの繰り返し単位から本質的にな るジオール成分 からなるコポリエステル10〜90重量%を、ポリエステル単位の0.05〜5 0重量%がポリカーボネート単位と化学的に反応する範囲にまでエステル交換反 応が生じるような反応条件下に混合することによって製造された熱可塑性成形用 組成物。 9.50重量%以下の強化材料を追加的に含む請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 10.該強化材料としてガラス繊維を使用する請求の範囲第9項記載の組成物。 11.着色剤、衝撃変性剤、離型剤、酸化防止剤、強靱化材、核生成剤、紫外線 及び熱安定剤、滑剤並びに加工助剤からなる群から選択された添加剤を更に含ん でなる請求の範囲第1項記載の租成物。 12.請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物からなる成形物品。 13.請求の範囲第2項記載の組成物からなる成形物品。 14.(1)(A)1.1〜1.5の相対粘度を有する4,4′−イソプロピリ デンジフェノールの芳香族ポリカーボネート10〜90重量%;(B)100モ ル%ジカルボン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、テレフタル酸及び1,4− シクロヘキサンジメタノールからの繰り返し単位から本質的になり、0.4〜1 .2dI/gのインヘレント粘度を有するポリ(1.4−シクロヘキシレンジメ チレンテレフタレート)樹脂90〜10重量%;並びに (C)100モル%ジカルボン酸及び100モル%ジオール基準で、(1)1〜 50モル%のイソフタル酸及び50〜99モル%のテレフタル酸からの繰り返し 単位から本質的になるジカルボン酸成分、及び (2)1.4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールからの繰り返し単位から本質的にな るジオール成分 からなるコポリエステル10〜90重量%(但し、(A)、(B)及び(C)の 一緒にした重量は合計で100%とする)を実質的に均一にブレンドすること、 並びに(II)該ブレンドを250℃〜325℃の溶融温度で10℃〜90℃の 温度に保持された金型内に射出成形することを含んでなる熱可塑性ポリエステル の射出成形方法。 15.請求の範囲第14項記載の方法の生成物。
